Service - 5 stars, the team was welcoming. And patient with me as I have never had to fill out so many forms/steps to use the massage equipment. This is the first location that I had to do like 10 self service kiosk steps to use each massage machine! So many disclaimers, did someone get hurt?!?! Price - $15 to $24.99 a month. I asked if I could take a shower before my massage, but Monica apologized, and explained that they didn't have one. That's fine, some places do, some places don't. The entire place, including the massage room, was spotless, and felt very comfortable. The massage room had subdued lighting, and very relaxing music. I paid for an hour massage, and I got a full hour massage. Monica was very professional, and very good at what she does. I asked for a medium massage, and that's what I got. A little bit firm in a couple of spots, but not too much so. Even when she was a bit firm, it still felt great. She was able to straddle the line between medium and overly firm very well. She was very friendly, and listened very well to my requests. I left feeling great.
