I think Paul took over from my other…read moreagent when he retired so I am not 100 percent sure if Paul wrote my policies or if my old agent did but regardless....I have multiple rental properties (4 total) and I have never had any trouble until recently where upon taking possession of one, I discovered that my 2005 rental home was thrashed. Damage galore. I called Paul's office to find out that I do not have "vandalism" coverage which would have been the insurance I needed to cover this sort of situation. So all 4 of my rental homes are unprotected and undercovered. I am hugely disappointed. We should be able to rely on a insurance agent to help us choose the right coverage. It is a very real possibility that homes could and would get damaged beyond the scope of just general repair from tenant to tenant, why I did not have this coverage is beyond me. Shame on you Paul for not taking better care of me and my family.
