Then I saw Dr. Collins this afternoon, and he literally refused to let me leave feeling the way I did. During the holiday season, at the end of the year, when schedules are packed and most offices are rushing or turning patients away, he and his entire team went above and beyond for me. From the moment you walk in the door, the office staff is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Everyone was more than willing to help, and you could truly feel that patient care was their top priority. I cannot stress enough how AMAZING the care I received was. In the middle of a stressful, painful situation, they made me feel heard, supported, and taken care of. I am beyond grateful!

During her procedure, she repeatedly told the dentist that something was hurting and that she felt a lot of blood in her mouth. Despite expressing her concerns several times, she did not feel that she was being taken seriously. At one point, she had to sit up because she was spitting out a large amount of blood and had already swallowed quite a bit of it. When she mentioned what was happening, she was told that it was "just water." She was left with a significant injury inside her mouth, along with pain and swelling. What disappointed us most was not only the injury itself, but also the lack of concern, communication, and empathy shown toward the patient throughout the situation. The only solution offered was a prescription for medication, without a clear explanation or proper follow-up. We cannot recommend this office.

After consulting with C & M Surgical Group(Dr. Millaud) for the extraction of all wisdom teeth, I…read morewas quoted $3,683.00. I signed the treatment plan for that price. C & M Surgical Group is a Medicaid Provider, which requires them to follow the Medicaid fee schedule for a Medicaid recipient. My insurance was to cover $199 and my out of pocket balance was $3,484.00. The office had an option to finance the remaining balance through the Lending Club, in which I was approved. The Lending Club's policy is to take 10% of the financed amount from C & M Surgical Group. C & M Surgical Group wanted me to pay them the 10%, which was against the Lending Club's policy. A representative from the Lending Club reached out to Mary Ann Millaud (office manager) that they were violating the terms of their agreement and that the patient was not responsible for the 10% fee. The day my surgery was scheduled, Mary Ann told me that Dr. Millaud could not afford to take the 10% deduction from his fee. I informed her that I read the terms and agreements of the Lending Club and spoke to a representative that informed me that I was not responsible for the charge. She proceeds to tell me that I was given a discount on my treatment, which is not true because I am a Medicaid recipient, which required them to follow the Medicaid fee schedule. Mary Ann proceeded to increase my treatment plan total to $8,683 because I would not pay an additional 10% that I was not responsible for. The route C & M Surgical Group took to try to force a patient to reimburse the 10% fee from the lending company they are affiliated with was unethical. The fact that they increased my treatment plan after it was signed was also unethical, fraudulent, and it violated the terms of Medicaid provider because they refused to follow the the Medicaid fee schedule. Another oral surgeon reviewed the treatment plan and informed me that Dr. Millaud's office was charging me for sinus closure, which my teeth were not in my sinus, which is fraudulent.

It's taken me ages to get the courage to go back to any dentist. But today I went back to Dr.Campo & he'll be my dentist forever. He's thorough, explained everything to me, gentle as could be & knows what he's doing. I trust him completely. And as for his STAFF... he's lucky to have every single one working for him. I've been going there with my boyfriend for about 2 years now on a fairly regular basis for cleanings, and we have never had a bad experience! We are never kept waiting after arriving for more than a few minutes. Their services by both the hygienists and Dr. Morgan are always excellent! We never have any pain during the cleanings. The staff are also super friendly every time as well. They recently expanded and renovated their office space, and it looks fantastic. My boyfriend had all four of his wisdom teeth removed here a while back. The procedure was quick and efficient. I would say he was in and out within the hour! He had one tooth that was in pretty deep and they had to go into the jaw bone. Yikes... Regardless of this, Dr. Morgan's office took care of him well! When my BF had some lingering pain in that spot, they asked him to come in right away, so they could look at it and make sure everything was still okay. They fit him in that same day and my BF was fully recovered shorty after! The best part about this practice is that they really care. When I switched to being a part-time employee and lost my dental insurance, they offered to still do our cleaning appointment free of charge. That was such a nice thing to offer when they get nothing in return. Obviously, I am thoroughly impressed with Dr. Morgan's and I would recommend him to anyone looking for dental care!!

Waiting room chairs not spaced far apart. Other people in the waiting room without masks. I got no call beforehand about wearing one or telling me to stay home if sick. Last straw was when the hygienist came out to call me back, and she opened the door to the partition with her mask down... I left. It was really a shame. Had great experiences there until that day.

Went to Dr. Rudy for a second opinion and he said "I think we can save the tooth" and he did. He is now my regular dentist and has done several crowns and cavities. He reviews the work to be done that day and also reviews recommended future work. I'm a bit tense during procedures and he regularly checks as he does the work that I'm doing okay. Dr. Rudy and his staff are all friendly and willing to answer questions.
