I read reviews and had a few consultations and felt like this Law office was right for me. Right away she had an uphill fight on her hands and she was more than up to the challenge. She worked relentlessly to get caught up and to try and turn things around. Within no time, she was caught up and helping me answer questions I had had from the start. She was always a straight shooter and never sugarcoated things. She always kept me involved in what she and I needed to do to move things ahead. My case was closed in 2016, I found out a year later that my medical bills weren't paid as stated in the contract and was sent to bill collectors. I was harassed by bill collectors and my credit was ruined. Attempting to contact Keith Short after several phone calls I was able to talk to him, he admitted that there were some remaining unpaid medical bills and that he will go after the insurance company, also, if I have any further concerns I should speak with Samantha. Every time I've contacted Samantha I was given a different story of why Keith Short hasn't done what he's suppose to do in regards to clearing my medical bills. To date, 8 years later, my medical bills still remain unpaid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Keith Short AS A LAWYER.
