Four days prior to the day he scheduled, I tried calling him and left a few messages to confirm the date and to make sure he was sending his insurance certificate. No call back to any of my calls. I than left several text messages on his cell phone, which he couldn't bother answering either. I than emailed him. Finally, the day the work was to be done, he answered my email and said he would have to reschedule due to the weather. (it rained the previous Sunday). He assured me he would be there the following Thursday. That Tuesday I had the boat pulled out of the water at a cost of $560.00 so he could soda blast the boat. Tuesday night I called him, left text messages and emails. NO ANSWER!. Needless to say, he didn't show up Thursday. The guy could of easily called, texted or emailed saying he wasn't coming but I guess he has little concern for his customers. People like this will probably never call you back or make good if something doesn't go as planned for work he's done. This guy seems to be completely inept on running a business and I would imagine his work ethic is as poor as his customer communication skills. So, lets see if he shows up for court. I would bet he doesn't stay in business too long

It came off a few days ago. We had a warranty for ONE YEAR I think it was. We called them hoping they might fix it. Different people showed up. They had their equipment went into the bathroom and called their boss. Their boss told them it was not their responsibility. So my husband got on the phone and asked if they could fix it. They said no after having told us on the phone that they could. He asked could you at least fix it for a price? The person on the phone was not interested in helping and was going to charge half of the entire bathroom cost to fix the soap dish. She obviously did not want our business because as my husband was trying to resolve this she put him on hold , the 2 workers who had her on the other line walked out. Very unprofessional. (it was not their fault it was the person on the phone giving them directions) I do not understand what went wrong. My husband was kind and courteous and just wanted to resolve the issue. She was ONLY interested in money. He did say it was a different person who he spoke to this time. So I guess it is all in who you deal with. But if a business is not consistent, I personally would not use them again. 3 stars for the first job which was in June. But it was not complete other wise it would not have fallen apart so easily. Also they did not want to honor their own warranty or even keep our business after having paid in full in cash and also after having given the original worker a generous tip. They just threw away not only a good customer but also we live in a community with many buildings where we could refer them to other customers. There was no reason for this! This was very short sighted of them and unprofessional.

I priced out replacing and opted to replace for far less money. The tub was stained and rusted and the wall tiles were a mauve color. They refinished the tub and tiles in white and it looks amazing. It was done in one day, highly recommend this company.
