My first appointment was with the female NP, she did my ultrasound for 2 minutes & told me she didn't see a baby in the sac and rescheduled me for another appointment in 2 weeks. Mind you, there ultrasound machine is so OLD & prints out black pictures. The very next week, I go to a totally different clinic with a state of the art ultrasound. The midwife at that clinic took her time and did my ultrasound for 20 mins. She found 2 sacs, one with a baby & one without. I go back to Beverly Care and they have me see Dr.Lee since the female is not available. Dr.Lee is condescending & rude. He didn't take his time with the ultrasound, he didn't look for a second sac. He just told me it's only one baby and printed me out a super black picture. He even had the nerve to joke and ask me & my boyfriend have we made a decision on keeping our baby & it was not in a sincere genuine way. We obviously are keeping our baby or else we wouldnt be there, we would be at Planned Parenthood. I'm switching doctors as soon as I can.

I went to Omega Podiatry due to a very painful plantar wart. For about four months, I could barely…read morewalk. I had tried various treatments through Kaiser, but nothing worked. I researched the Swift Treatment and learned it was highly effective. What appealed to me most was that it works by stimulating your body's immune system to fight the wart, rather than leaving scars that could later become uncomfortable on the sole of your foot. Or simply scheduling patients on the dates the specialist are not in that office. My father is a senior, who does not drive and this caused delay in his URGENT care not once but twice. When you call this office to schedule appts your instantly being placed on hold by a woman with a language barrier. You call back and the same thing happens. This is unacceptable unprofessional and suggests management retrains these staff. I have now been on hold for over 23 mins. I was told there was "1 person ahead of me". I then called back and the same thing happened. I asked to kindly asked for the name and was told : Eva. I asked to speak with someone other than the rep who've taken my call she then got an attitude, began to shout and stated her co workers are all gone and she was the manager after I asked if there is anyone else I may talk to as I did not appreciate the annoyance in her voice. "fungus among us" situation, courtesy of nursing shoes and never-ending shifts. I called Dr. Quemena's office on a whim, praying for a miracle, and his sweet, efficient receptionist came through like a hero--she worked her magic and got me in on a last-minute cancellation. Bless her heart! When I met Dr. Quemena, it was TLC from the jump. He listened, didn't rush, and treated my hard-working feet with so much care. Not only did he create a plan to tackle the nail fungus (no oral meds--he respected my health concerns), he even threw in a bonus bunion prevention plan because yes, these ER feet are out here catching everything. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, and funny--he made a less-than-glamorous foot issue feel normal and totally fixable. It was my first visit, but I already know this is my podiatrist for life. I can depend on Vistasol for my appointments, labs, vaccinations and shots. They keep me current informed about my conditions with health and how to improve. I'm so glad they don't give up on me like I have given up on my health in the past. If you want to have a good family, Dr., this is the right choice to make . I never have issues parking. Waiting is about average based on what time you make your appointments. I like mornings when possible. I used to live 5 minutes away but now I moved but I really love my Vistasol Medical Group (family) so I drive 45min or more to get to my appt. They are worth it to me

After the surgery, she developed a severe bone infection (osteomyelitis), and we have now been told that amputation of her toe is necessary. What has been most disappointing is the lack of follow-up care and communication. Despite the seriousness of her condition, Dr. Ravaei has not been responsive, and we have had great difficulty getting appropriate follow-up from his office. After these complications occurred, my wife was offered a financial settlement in exchange for not filing a lawsuit. We found this completely unacceptable and deeply unethical. This experience has caused our family tremendous physical, emotional, and financial hardship. I hope no other patient has to endure what we have gone through.
