I contacted Jeff Maines who helped us during the purchase. I explained the situation. He was so helpful! He ask me to forward him a couple of pictures that he could send to the manufacturer. We just had the sofa delivered back to us after the issue was corrected. It looks great! I would…read morereally suggest putting up a sign so that when people use their openly available bathroom, they are not met with a passive aggressive response when they exit. I was met by who I assume is the owner and she just stared at me after I politely said hello when I noticed her. She then walked off abruptly and just said "can you close that door all the way?" without looking at me. I asked if she was talking to me and she just said "we don't have a public bathroom" and waived her hand at me. I apologized and said I wouldn't have used it if I'd known and she didn't say anything. Just very awkward, and I quickly left. I'm not writing this as a criticism, but just a note to encourage a sign. I probably won't go back as she made me feel really bad and I didn't mean to bother. Overall a lovely store merchandise wise.
