While the nurse practitioner that I saw a few times there was nice enough, I never actually met the doctor that I was assigned to (Dr. Vukotic). She never bothered to introduce herself on any of my visits. I wanted this to be my primary care office but they simply do not care. I was experiencing pain and reached out various times about it. I had to push to get scans done to find out what was going on. Despite more than one alarming result from the scans, I NEVER heard back from the doctor or the office at all. It has been nearly a year since I had the scans they ordered (only because I advocated for myself and they wanted to shut me up). NOBODY reached out to me to discuss the results or to even follow up on how I was feeling. I was left to Google explanations of these results because nobody bothered to reach out. I was worried about some of the findings, which seemed serious, so I sought out a different doctor and office. They acted quickly to address my concerns and referred me to other specialists. I ended up having surgery. The only communication I had received from North Roswell Internal Medicine since my scans was a handful of promotional emails about something they were selling. That is, until today when I received an automated email reminder that I was "overdue" for my annual wellness visit. I am not overdue for anything, but they are overdue in noticing that I exist and had medical needs they completely neglected. They did the same thing with my husband. He also had something come up that they received results for but they have not reached out to him either. He and I and our adult son all changed doctor's offices because these people are a joke and don't care about their patients at all. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this practice and wish I had an option to rate them negatively because that is what they deserve. Good luck if you decide to put your health in these people's hands.

Dr. Mayur *endocrinologist* was great.. calm... soft spoken.. and generally interested in my health.. which after numerous Dr visits is hard to find..and was even willing to listen to my self diagnoses!! i would def. recommend him!!! on the downside.... his office staff is seriously slacking!!! whether its a lack of staff or disorganization... i don't know.. i waited almost 3-4 weeks calling everyday to try to reach someone and was told numerous times someone would call me back about a test i was sched. to take.. which they never did!well after 3 weeks i ended up going in there and found that indeed my appt. had been sched. but they FAILED to call me to tell me when the appt. was!! needless to say i was a tad bit pissy.. if you can get over the staff .... go see Dr. N!!!

A phone call would have been nice. When I got home, I went online to discover that I did not have a physical within the last year. They were like "oh well". I told the doctor that the only meat I eat is fish. She said that's not good, it has mercury. Yes, some fish have mercury, but not what I eat. I maintain a Mediterranean diet. It's known that the diet provides a long, healthy life. The doctor needs to retire, she is quite old and not up-to-date.

It was excellent, start to finish. I appreciate Dr. Khanna's 'bedside' manner and the way in which she treated me with understanding and respect. She spent about 30 minutes with me and I never felt she was rushing or thinking about anything else but her patient - me. I love that she is an independent physician and knows the best thing you can give your patient is your time and attention. I highly recommend Dr. Khanna as a doctor to anyone who wants to have real medical care!!

I'm able to breathe out of my nose for the first time in over 30 years and most of my snoring is gone. I'd give both doctors and nurses 5 stars. The biggest issue is the billing department. I prepaid surgery, and received a bill 7 days after surgery. They send you messages constantly like a debt collector until it's paid . Here is the irony. The billing department actually owes me money. They've owed me for three months. I've called, spoken to 3 people. Yet a check was never sent to me and I'm still owed money. I've never received it. The other issue is calling the phone line is like calling the IRS. 10 prompts through the IVR. Sometimes you get someone, other times you get a VM. It's very frustrating. Aside from the difficultly reaching folks there , the fact I was spammed with bills, when they owed me and still haven't paid me. It was a good experience.

As I entered, my first impression was that the facility was very clean and offered a pleasant environment. Everyone I've interacted with was friendly and helpful. Best of all, I was called back for my appointment ON TIME! No waiting forever to be seen. I opted to have Dr. Nguyen as my primary doctor. My last primary set the bar very high. Dr. Nguyen did not disappoint. She's wonderful. During my appointment, she listened to all my concerns, asked pertinent questions and addressed every request without hesitation. My husband has also established as a patient and is equally pleased. Best part, I've been able to get multiple services done under one roof. No more running around to different facilities.
