I will always remember, with great gratitude, the enormous patience and skill exhibited with this man, continually talking to and soothing my little through half a day of surgery. This was not a patient child, but she remained both calm and still, thanks to Dr. Cochran, through the entire thing. With further research I now know that it would have damaged my perfect wisdom tooth to drill and fill a tooth without decay! When sitting in the waiting room for a half hour- they apparently scheduled two appointments at 8 am - this dentist is telling a little 8 yr oldgirl how when she goes under she can't eat anything because she might choke on her throw up. When we have spoken to the staff they just continue to give the run around on the refund. If their office is so great and the money is rolling in then why can't they issue a refund. They were paid by insurance and there is no reason that this matter cannot be resolved. If they don't like receiving phone calls from me or my husband, then issue a refund. We already switched dentists, we can't have our child go somewhere that is so rude and behavior is abhorrent.
