The first person who offered help was a girl named JULIANNA by watches.She has no concept of good customer service AT ALL and she had attitude when I was asking about what the watch warranty covers that is offered with it. On top of that her bad energy just came off from the start when she offered help. Idk why she works at this place she seems unhappy to be there if that's the case No need to be in customer service. The person who came up to me after was FRANK. He approached me right after I finished speaking to her and it was like night and day . If I could give zero stars I would. But parents with kiddos in strollers. Don't bother bringing them with you because strollers aren't allowed in the stores, because it's a "SAFETY HAZARD" so you have to either leave it unattended outside or if you have more than one person with you they have to stay outside with your kiddo. According to manager it's because someone tripped over a stroller and fell. BUT wheelchairs are allowed? It poses the same "safety hazard" that they claim. Completely not family oriented. Saleswoman, working the front door could care less. As she busy talking to her co-worker and playing with her hair a family went in with a stroller, but nothing was said. And I brought it to her attn she took complete defense and said "I'm just doing my job ma'am. I can call a manager" and I said ok. So she did NOTHING. and I called her out on it and she again took defense and said "well I can't leave this spot ma'am" well NO DUH lady I'm not stupid you clearly have an ear piece with a mic! So then she call a manager and she's very apologetic and explains their reasons and offers to let me in with the stroller just this one time and none there after. First of all thank you for your apologies, but I'm intentions for complaining WAS NOT TO GET IN!!! Treat everyone fairly!! She appreciated my feedback and said we need it all to do our jobs better. We were having a good time until we got to the cashier by the name of Sarah (tied hair all sleeked back with black shirt on Saturday morning). She was very unprofessional and rude. We saw a bag on display by the windows, and she informed us that we are not allowed to buy the ones by the window. We proceeded by asking a salesman to get us bags from shelves quite high up because we noticed scratches on a lot of them. Sarah again judged and pointed at us after hearing our favor. A salesman by the name Danny was very kind and got one that was perfect. When we got to Sarah again, she told us "don't do it next time" in a tone as if she was teaching us. We got it the first time she told us, but she had to say it again in a rude tone. Instead of trying to teach us what not to do and what to do, she should inform her team to put up a sign that warns the customers. All workers were kind EXCEPT her, which ruined our mood completely. My experience at this MK outlet has been far from pleasant. I bought a purse and received one as a gift a few days later. When I tried to return the one I had purchased I learned that I was unable to do so, okay it is an outlet store, however I wish someone had informed me at the time of my purchase. I ended up exchanging for a different color and received horrible service from an older African American woman whom someone mentioned was a manager? She had a horrible Attitude about the exchange, said that I would have to pay a difference because I purchased my purse on sale although it was the exact same bag in a different color and both items had had the same exact sale. Convinced the original cashier to transfer my discount, this girl also gave me a new paper bag for my new purse and then the same woman rudely represented the girl right in front of me and said that I DID NOT need a new bag nor tissue. True, I did not, but it is only a bag, I think my $300 should have been enough to cover 2 paper bags. My I only reasoning for 2 stars are due to my hesitant visit this morning. I received much better customer service today from 2 lovely ladies by the names of Audrey & Dana. Audrey offered assistance multiple times while explaining the differences in leathers and styles; Dana was very sweet and made my shopping experience very pleasant. She not only complimented my romper multiple times, but also took the time to give me her personal testimonies which helped me decide on my newest MK bag. They make a great team! read more

Curtis helped my daughter and I with the purchase of our MK watches. He has great customer service and I recommend him if you are ever at this location. I went there with my hubby on this July 4th sale. We bought a $300 bag for a present. I never bought a MK bag before. At the check out, the cashier asked me who helped us. We gave her the name of a girl who helped us but she didn't recognize the name and kept on asking it. A guy stood by her who also work there told her who she was. Then we got home, compared the MK bag with other brand bag we bought the same day. The other bag was a lot nicer and half the price. So, we decided to return MK bag. We went there the next day but they said we couldn't get cash back, and just store credit or exchange. They said they mentioned the return policy when check out. But we were sure they didn't mention it. The cashier was just busy asking the name who helped us and forgot to mention it. The guy who got the name for us the other day kept on saying they mentioned the return policy when we checked out, and showed us the printed policy at the counter. Come on man, which shopper got a chance to read fine letters and long sentences on the crazy shopping day. We just wanted our $ back as we were not satisfied with their product. Plus, it was expensive. But, we ended up keeping the bag as I didn't want to take store credit and keep on checking the store and buy the bags which I don't want to have. I've worked at coach before and so that's the standard I'm comparing mk to. This was the rudest store of its luxury level. Like if it weren't for the fact that I have to use my store credit... I would never have gone back. I bought one wallet today and the associate Britzy literally just tossed it in a large purse sized bag with no tissue paper or anything. We wrap every item at coach minus key fobs. It's to protect the expensive leather you just bought. It's also a luxury brand name courtesy. When I asked her if she could wrap it ,she said they don't gift wrap. So I asked her for tissue paper and she literally just pulls a large sheet behind her and hands it to me. Then she immediately signals to the next guest before I can even stuff the tissue into the bag (there was no long line behind me). WTF. Seriously? I later called the store and asked if this was their store policy. They said only if they were out of tissue paper. Rude as hell and it just pisses me off because I used to be behind those cashiers and I've treated the worst customers with at least more respect than this. read more

This is ridiculous. I bought a wallet 3 weeks ago. When I bought the wallet, I asked the cashier for a gift box as this is a gift. She said "we don't have it now but I will give it to you if you come back next week with your receipt". I called the following week to make sure they had the gift box before head there and a gentleman who answered the phone said "we run out of gift box, we only had gift box on black Friday and Mother's day". I never write reviews but I figured I would give it a shot to tell you all about my experience here. I want to start by saying what a friendly and beautiful staff this Michael Kors store has. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I don't understand why there are so many terrible reviews about this place because my experience was nothing but good. I have come here 3 times now and every time I have gotten the best customer service out of mostly every other place that I have shopped... not to mention what a great selection of products they have! :) I think the sales associate that helped me last weeks name was Meghan. I could tell that she really listened to what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect handbag for my lifestyle. She knew so much about the company and Michael Kors himself that she made me fall in love with this brand even more. She wasn't pushy and annoying like many other associates tend to be at other stores. She was so honest and cared about what looked best on me and not what would get her the best sale. I'm not a woman with a great sense of style but she made me feel like a million bucks!!!! She helped style me with a new handbag, sunglasses, and a super cute wristlet that fits your phone! Many of the other associates helped make me feel great as well and helped make my choice that much easier. I have never been to the citadel outlets before , but I decided to go just for the Michael Kors outlet. I really wanted a crossover as I already had the NE large jet set bag I got at another discount place.I thought it was a little small and crowded for today Saturday and couldn't shop comfortably . The women who worked there seemed a little snobby and never offered to help which I didn't care ...But "Gabriel" was so very helpful. I am planning on returning to purchase more bags but just want to be helped by him. If anyone goes ask for him . He was attentive and was searching for a bag that fit my needs. This store has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen/experience from a store. The store was full of customers and technically had enough salespeople on the floor to assist everyone in a timely manner. Sadly, there was one salesperson (Asian male in his 20's or early 30's) who was trying to help several people at the same time while at least 3 other salespeople were standing in the back of the store chatting among themselves amidst several customers shopping away. The only time that one of them stepped away took from their conversation in the 15 minutes I was there was to tell another customer that he could not take pictures of the handbags in the store. That salesperson then returned to their conversation while rolling their eyes at each other as if the customer caused a major interruption to their conversation. When I got to the cash register, I was asked if anyone helped me. I told the cashier that even though I was hoping to get assistance, the one salesperson who was actually working was overwhelmed with customers and the others were too busy in their personal conversation to be interrupted. She gave me a flippant I'm sorry response and proceeded ringing up my purchase. This place zero stars overall. (As a side note, there are also Coach and Kate Spade stores in this shopping center where they are far more attentive to their customers and also have much better deals). read more

Worst experience ever. The sales people were extremely pushy. I also was planning on purchasing sunglasses that I had tried on. I asked one of the salespeople if I would get a new pair at the front since the samples were dirty, and I was told I would. I waited in line for over 20 minutes only to be told that there were no new ones left. I told the cashier that I was told there were new ones, to which the cashier responded, "no, there are no new ones left" with an attitude. I want to give 5 star service to the staff name Cecelia. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the brand. I always get good stuff from their clearance section. I wish other staff include the manager/supervisor as nice friendly as her. When I came to this place last year, I always hate to buy bag there because the service is very bad. The supervisor guy ( Steven ) was really rude and lady Manager was not nice as well. If the top level management people not smiling & not friendly its make the environment negative too. It make me stop buy stuff there until I met Cecelia that always friendly make me feel welcome. Also, I wish the store should have better option for their return policy and allow some customer to take picture to share with friend / family before decide to buy since the store not offer return policy but store credit and final sale for clearance. I visited this store the day after Christmas, so as you can imagine the store was very busy. Their is an employee by the name of Miguel at this store My husband and I met Miguel when we asked him about a specific purse, even though the store was very crowded Miguel went out of his way to find the purse I wanted. I bought a satchel that I've been wanting to for months. I went inside the store and had to help myself look for the handbag. There was about 3 sales associates free, not one of them offered to help! When I got to the register I asked If they had more of the satchels in the back because the one I had gotten was missing a strap. The girl at the register looked at me and said " I didn't even know we had those anymore" she picked up the phone and called someone to bring one from the back. Then I asked if they happened to have a smaller size in the same print, she answered "we'll you asked me for the large one so...." I told her you know what that's fine. She then gave me my total and asked if I can pay half and half with 2 of my debit cards she said yes. After she asked " so how do you want to do this?"
