MK is a brand we're all familiar with. I brought my daughter here to choose a purse for herself, for all the hard work she's endured. Everyone in the store is extremely friendly and helpful. Being that this is an Outlet, the prices are crazy good since they're always having sales so I had to grab a couple more. Shout out to Adrianna who was very helpful while we shopped around. She packed all 7 bags my mom and I purchased for a total of $450 in ONE BAG. We had to watch other cashiers NEATLY PACK EACH bag and wallet for other customers while ours were just thrown in one bag. Upon asking her if we could get an additional bag to take out the large tote bag so our bag wouldn't rip, she completely ignored us and threw the bag on the counter top. We were able to get another large gift bag by Axel who kindly swapped out one of the small gift bags that we purchased for 10 cents. But overall the experience upon purchasing was extremely rude. If you don't like to work, please don't work in customer service. read more

I ordered the Mina Large Suede Chain Shoulder Bag; this bag is beautiful and everything I was expecting. The sued is soft and the hardware is very elegant. I also ordered the Margot Platform Sandal; this shoe is so horrible. The buckle on the straps cut up both my ankles and it is the most uncomfortable shoe thus far. For the price and the Brand, you would expect a better quality made shoe. This was really a disappointment. Will not be buying anymore shoes from this brand. And since I wore them to work, I don't know if I can return them at this point. I am very disappointed since they look to pretty and feminine. Came here with my mom for some Christmas shopping. I was in awe of all the beautiful purses and how they were displayed. I wanted to buy everything in the store. I was looking for a couple of gifts and wasn't sure if I would find what I needed. They have purses, wallets, belts, shoes, clothing and much more. I wanted it all. Lol I was looking in the men's section and found Daniel. Daniel was so helpful and went above and beyond for us. He helped us find certain sizes for jackets and also helped us with pricing. Maggie the store manager is so rude and disrespectful. I had bought a bracelet at Los Cerritos and within a few days the diamonds fell off. I went to this location to see if they can take care of me. The cashier that was helping was so nice and tried to help out. But Maggie came over and she had an attitude from the beginning. She said there is nothing that she can do since it was used. I told her well yeah it is used but that's how the diamonds fell off. Then when she said she couldn't give me a return. I let her know that I was within the 30days and I was just asking for store credit to get a different item. And then she said that she couldn't do the return because they were in outlet and she walked away and completely disappeared. I told the cashier that she should have started with that and that she didn't need to be rude. And that I would be calling corporate. Horrible service from the manager alone. Store is clean and there are associates that will help you. The prices are a bit confusing because the prices are the words at the top of each section. You can ignore the prices on the actual tag. Once you understand this concept then you will be able to see that the prices are really great. The hundred dollar bags are about $80. I also got a wallet for about $50. So it definitely has great outlet prices. There are lots of options in the store is fairly large. I didn't like that they wanted me to give them my email address while checking out. I declined but the checker kept insisting. I just kept declining until she gave me a weird look and gave up. read more

Went there today to make some last minute purchases for xmas. The floor staff were wonderful, all of them asking us if we had questions or needed help. The cashier who helped was wonderful as well given that they were extremely busy. Unfortunately we were talking too much to the cashier that we forgot to get the receipt from her. We called the store later in the evening to try and get a copy. Edgar & Melissa helped me get a copy. They were very patient with us and got us a copy. Moved to the front side by the parking lot in 2014. Better location with longer lines. The sales staff here are very pushy and suck here. Two staffers that helped out couldn't use the calculators(dumb). Quoted Wrong discounted prices. Not a huge store but better location than before. I came in today to return a wallet I bought 2 weeks ago but the woman at the register said they couldn't accept it because it was "used", even though the wallet was in perfectly good condition and has been nowhere but sitting on my desk. With this logic, you're telling me that every product that leaves a store and sits on a table is used?? She also said they couldn't accept it because the wallet had "dust" on it. I was literally baffled at her response, like ma'am everything collects dust after a week or 2 no matter what you do. That doesn't mean the product isn't still resell-able. Went to return something on Saturday November 25th and after waiting in line to get into citadel & into the store, even waiting in line inside the store, I was told that they were not accepting returns. The girl said they were not taking returns or exchanges because it was very time consuming. What about all the time it took me to get there (about 1 hour)? I was invited to come to shop for a early Black Friday deals. As I entered they gave me a coupon for extra discount(attached) , which said 70% off the entire store, plus an additional 20% off handbags, wallets and mens leather goods. So i decided to look around as the whole store was 70% off, spend 2 hours shopping. All the workers were very nice and polite, smiling and asking if anyone needs help, offering coffee and snacks. At one point i heard a manager bitching to a customer about another customer :" i told them, i am not racist, none of my workers are racist" .. I thought wow, bringing drama to work, unnecessary and unprofessional. But just brushed it off and continued shopping. Picked out a nice sleeveless jacket and went to the register. At the register presented my voucher, expecting 70% off on the jacket. I was informed by the cashier calmly and politely that clothing is only 60% off. So i decided to clarify the voucher that says 70% off the entire store. She went to check with a different co worker. They said that 70% +20% is only on leather goods. At which point, manager that was standing at the other register jumped in the conversation. Loudly announcing that I need to read carefully and I can not get 70%+ 20% off. I said: That I dont want 20% , I just want 70% from my jacket as its advertised. On what she replied to me : No because 70% of our store is leather goods. I said: Okay its misunderstanding, for next time, it needs to be rephrased or explained at the entrance. She angrily responded: There will be no next time, its one time deal. At that point I no longer wanted to discuss anything with her, as I was trying to calmly discuss this issue and she wanted to argue and create the scene in front of other customers. I spent 2 hours at the store to figure out only at the end that they dont honor their advertised discounts, so had to leave empty handed. I leave 2 star review because all the other workers were helpful, polite and always smiling. However the manager seemed all over the place, stressed, annoyed and not welcoming. I'll start off with giving a shoutout to Jose for his amazing service. He was very friendly and attentive. Now, the reason I'm giving a 1-star review is due to the very poor service provided at the register. Long story short, there was a 50% sale going on around the store, with an additional 20% off on top of that. I saw a nice polo I wanted, and headed to the register to checkout: when I get there, the price that it was ringing up at was different from what I had calculated. When I brought it up to the lady at the register, she replied in a snarky tone and said, "It's because of taxes." Price was ringing up $20 more than the advertised price, so I repeated to her that the price was different from what the signage advertised. She brought a manager (I assume?) over to assist me, and she had the same snarky tone with me. She proceeds to tell me that the polo wasn't part of that sale, that it only was applicable to backpacks. I repeated what the sign said one more time to her, and she straight up asked, "Do you want to buy the shirt or not?". After that exchange, I ended up walking out. I understand that everyone has bad days, but their attitude was very unprofessional and rude, which is not what I think of when I think of Michael Kors. The best advice I can give to you: go to another Michael Kors. Maybe their service will improve if you hit their commissions. read more

Worst customer service. I drive twice here in 2 days just because of they admitted the 20% off discount with Alipay coupons. First night I was kinda late when I want to checkout. So they told me to save the items until the second day, because Alipay only work until 9:00pm The next day, I came over again. Another worker refused to scan the valid coupon. She said the items are not valid for their policy. I asked her why did your other workers said "yes" yesterday? She said, if you checked out yesterday, you would might had the 20% off. This place used to be my fav one , but lately everything changed. I bought a couple of items for Christmas presents over here in November 28th. Namely 2 tote bags, 2 cross body bags, 2 wrestlets, and a reversible belt. The store was about to closed , so I hadn't a chance to check everything out right away. They sort of gave me 20% discount , and I really appreciated that. But , it turned out that they charged me for an extra belt and one more purse. So technically I didn't have any discount. I found it out only in a car. I called them right away, but the voicemail said the store was closed, so I left a message. Next day I gave a call again, so the manager assured me that I just needed to come and they refund me money. I came to the store with receipt and all my purchases, so it took me about an hour to explain everything again. Eventually, the manager ( Den, May be Dany) told me that they need to check camera. Probably they checked it and refund me money for the belt. I was satisfied, but today when I looked back to the receipt I found this extra purse. Guys, I know you are pretty busy, but charging people for nonexistent stuff is immoral and unfair!!! Just think about how many customers just trust you as I used to do or can be less attentive... I want my money back!!!! I wish I could give them one star, but it's impossible. At least the manager deserves this star, he was super professional. The cashier took nearly 40 minutes to complete our order at the register. Yes, 40 minutes. It took ANOTHER 30-40 minutes for the staff to get the items ready. Even when we politely requested twice that we are in a rush and needed to head out, the cashier ignored us as her pace didn't change in the slightest. I was able to make a trip out to the Starbucks that had it's own line of 10 people and back, and the cashier was STILL taking her time, ringing up our order. The other staff in general here have an air of cattiness and seem to show no concern at all to customer requests. We were asked "How can we help you?" by about 5 different employees while not actually be helped at all. We were told a flat no by nearly every request we made. Not quite sure what "help" they are looking to offer here. Unless you're okay with rude employees, slow customer service, and disregard to concerns and requests, please save yourself the headache of coming here. read more

Horrible/appalling experience today at the MK store! I was checking out some purses and decided to reach to the one on the top shelf that had the strap/handle already out. When someone behind me starts yelling like crazy for me not to take the purse off the top shelf!! She was yelling so loud it caused a scene & made everyone around look which was so unnecessary let alone not to mention the embarrassment it caused! The employee was a older female Asian with long black hair--I don't know if she was some kind of manager or just a regular employee because she was carrying all kinds of purses. I can't imagine how she treats other MK employees if you belittle and talk to your customers in this type of fashion! I'm thinking she had to be some kind of manager because the salesgirls seemed scared of her. Mind you, I spent several hundred dollars at that store & was made to feel like a child who shouldn't touch anything on the top shelf! I think next time I'll take my business to the Coach store since their employees know how to treat a customer!!! MK should train their floor people about customer service!!! To be honest, I'm a touch surprised at all the negative reviews on this location. My husband and I have been here several times now, and never once have we had bad customer service. I'd say that there are almost too many customer service reps in the store when we go and we are greeted several times, but if you tell them hello and that you are just looking, they pretty quickly leave you to shop at your free will. They have days where they offer better discounts, so be on the lookout for that cause you can get a pretty good steal! You could easily get a $300-400 bag for roughly $90-$150, which is pretty good for a designer bag... They sometimes have a wait outside, which several of the high-end stores at the outlets do as well, so that's no biggie. We've never waited more than 10 minutes and it's holiday so who doesn't expect a line? The store itself is always really clean despite the number of customers passing through it and they change up the stock pretty regularly considering that the bags are there as a last time opportunity to buy - and once they are gone, they are gone. Overall: A Good location, nice people, watch for double discount days and get a steal! read more
