PRICE INFLATION! Customer service was great. I purchased a bag and wallet fom the clearance section which had a stamped discounted price. I thought I was getting a great deal and decided to look online for the retail value - turns out the retail price on the Michael Kors and was cheaper! So they increased the price to make it seem the discount is more. I peeled off the sticker for the wallet and the price was also inflated. Feel ripped off. Next time I'll need to look up the price online to confirm if outlet price is legitimate. Be careful! Came here on an extremely busy day with family from abroad. The staff at this location was patient, helpful, and friendly. Jovanna assisted us from the moment we walked into the store until we made our purchase. She was simultaneously helping other customers, but we never felt neglected in service as she helped us pick out around a dozen individual handbags. I don't know why this business has such a low rating. Every time I have went I have been treated well, the store is always spotless. I went the other day to buy a bag. The associate that helped me informed me of a promotion they had at the time. It sounded good so I asked if certain things were included. He told me yes but he wanted to make sure with another associate. Deal was too good to be true and would you believe it, it was lol, they told me it wasn't part of the promotion. So I said thanks anyway I'll just take the bag I came for in the first place. While waiting in line to pay an associate passes by me and says you are missing a piece of the promotion. I ended up getting a wallet for the purse also. I told her I was already told about the promotion but the cross body I wanted wasn't part of it as well as the wallet I wanted wasn't, she said which one did you want let me check, she came back, brought me a new bag still in packaging as well as the cross body in a new bag and said don't worry about it, I'll take care of it. I went in with not knowing what purse to choose as a gift, I was about to leave when Josef said if I needed some help, (he wasn't the first to ask btw) but the first to go to the extent in personally helping me choose the perfect gift! Then I decided to also get me a little something since it was my birthday, I wanted to treat myself to a watch and he also helped me pick the right one... to top it off one of the other sales associate overheard it was my B-Day and sang me Las Mañanitas (forgot his name, maybe Joey lol) boy did I feel special, both made me feel welcomed and not uncomfortable like other stores, since I was shopping after work and was in scrubs! So yesterday I went to this location to get a purse for my wife. The one she had recently broke and she told me she wanted a MK one. I had been in before to look and didn't buy but returned to purchase. I knew people where there to Christmas shop but wasn't expecting a line outside (dec14th a sat). The wait was not bad they were letting people in as customers left ( I'm assuming to stay within the fire department occupancy) once I was in I quickly got help from a young lady, told her I needed 3 thing in a purse and she pulled 3 purses. I choose one and she placed me in the checkout line and the purse behind the counter. Once I got to the front I payed and was out, No conversation other than which purse was mine and me asking for a box. Today I showed the purse to my wife and one of the three things I had asked the young lady for wasn't quite up to my wife's standard. So we went to return the purse. Again the store was busy but not bad at all, my wife looked around to see if anything would work for her and nothing stuck out. So I went to register and asked to return the purse. At that time they offered me an exchange or store credit. I had the receipt and it had been less that 24 hours. So I asked why is that and the girl said "I don't know but that's our return policy" I then asked if it was stated anywhere and she showed me a 5"x6" sign that was white sitting vertically on a white counter ~48" off the ground. I'm and 6'3" I would have to get on my knees to read this sign no joke. Then she told me that the policy was on the back of my receipt that I RECEIVED AFTER PURCHASING SAID ITEM AND WAS PUT IN MY BAG. Since I had a reservation to make, I took the store credit and left which I'm now regretting. I should have spoken to the manager. So customer service was on par, store was clean and organized, plenty if staff for the amount of customers. But I feel I was ripped off I was not informed of this policy beforehand and would have just waited to bring my wife in if I had know ahead of time. Make sure you know you want your purchase! Came in to do an exchange for a purse I bought 2 weeks ago, which I clearly verified with the store sales in Vegas premium outlet during the purchase if I can do exchange or returns if a better price comes up, and she told me as long as I have my receipt and tags then I can do an exchange at another outlet location. Nice, clean location. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Parking however, is dreadful, best to come during non-peak hours to avoid the worst of it. Deals and prices aren't anything to write home about either, specially for collections that are 3 or more seasons old considering the prices are mediocre. For better selections and deals go to Tangers Outlets in Barstow, Ca or Camarillo Outlets in Camarillo, Ca. They're a good hour or so from this location, but if you're buying more than one piece the drive is a nice trade-off for the price. read more
