There was a woman leaning against the checkout counter whom she informed she'd be going to the back to get my jeans. That woman was standing there reading and didn't even bother to look up. Instead, she gave an approving nod. Hmmm...no greeting upon entry, difficult to find an employee to help and let's not forget the employee who couldn't be so bothered, seems like customer service is not a top priority of this BR location. I put the jeans back and decided to take my money elsewhere.

I walk in and was greeted by a lady which seemed to be genuine. When I told her I was just browsing, she turned around and started talking about me to the other lady that was working. Then another customer came in with her spouse, and they joined in. When I moved into the dressing room, they got even more vocal. After I tried on my clothes, I asked the sales attendant if they had something in store that was XS in length. Instead of looking for me, she said very shortly, Online. She didn't even offer to help look for it. After that I decided, I won't be giving this store my service any longer. I HAVE NEVER, EVER, had an experience like this Or felt isolated and bullied to leave a store. I am just shocked by this experience. I go to that location often and this was the first time. The woman named CHRISTINA (She is a Caucasian looking female in her mid 40s, with red/ginger hair, a mole on her face, and she has blue eyes if I'm not mistaken.) started making small talk about the item being on clearance, but after I exclaimed how happy I was about the purchase, she then proceeds to say and I quote, "yeah I wasn't aware of the item being on discount! Also..., whoever did your hair...**SHAKES HER HEAD SIDE TO SIDE** it doesn't look good. It needs to be redone". I then just stop talking and then close my mouth. I let her know that she needs to "have a better day" and I left the store. After i make it back to my kiosk because I'm also working at the mall, I inform my manager and she states that the behavior of the sales associate was completely DISRESPECTFUL, and let me know to inform the manager that was working the floor about the incident. As someone who hardly shops and goes to H&M, I can confidently say that I will never go back to this location again, and I hope that H&M actually takes this seriously. *(I tried putting no stars but it wouldn't allow me)*

They warmly greet you as soon as you walk in. Their service is outstanding! They offered me their J Jill credit card, which gives you 15% off on your 1st day purchases and 20% on your birthday month, which can be used all month. There is also no shipping fee for online orders (reg price) when placed by one of the sales associates. What a great deal! I'm certainly a fan of J Jill now! I'll be shopping here more often.
