I've been to this location multiple times and every time I come in, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They don't pressure you to buy anything and don't hound you like some stores do. Everything Tory Burch I have gotten has been excellent quality and they always have some hidden deals or sales. I also love how they boost your confidence when you try on clothes or shoes. read more

Came here yesterday to see if they could fix/replace some earrings I got that are actually my FAVORITE earrings. I was a Tory Burch employee for a great length of time and I know that Tory Burch will assist with defects that occur within the first six months to one year after purchase, excluding normal wear and tear. The lady who I feel was a manager of some sort was extremely rude, did not even ask when I purchased the item and just told me they could not help me and shooed me away without even suggesting anything else to help. By reading other reviews I can tell this location isn't fond of people of color and I'm assuming that was the real issue. I was able to call costumer service and get my earrings sent in for exchange. Other than that, the place is under construction with no register or anything, it was weird. I'm changing my recent review from one star to two because the manager I dealt with today handled things in a way more professional way than the last time. I called to see if my shoes were in from being repaired. Low and behold, they were. In fact, they'd been in since December 20, 16. Today's date is 1/7/17! No one bothered to call and let me know my shoes were in. Anyway, I'll let that pass due to the holidays and they could've very well innocently overlooked calling to notify me. I went to the store, they bring my shoes out and they had glue all over a part of the shoes that did not need to be fixed. The job that they had done was a sloppy job repairing my shoes. I brought it to the girl's attention and she went and talked to the manager. The manager came out and said that she would do an even swap on the shoes due to them not being fixed properly. I showed her the picture that I had posted on the Yelp app and she agreed that the shoes were not repaired the way they should have been. I ended up leaving out of there with a new pair of the same shoes I had purchased not even a year ago. This headache could've been avoided a long time ago way back in November when I originally alerted them about my shoe breaking. I am thankful for the manager (I didn't get her name) who helped us today because she had something the other manager didn't possess... customer service, professionalism and common sense! read more

I LOVE Tory Burch shoes, but living in a rural area so t get to go into the stores often. With a quick trip out of town I was excited to go the store. Have you ever walked into a store and received such a warm welcome that despite the fact that you haven't found anything that you want to buy you purchase something anyway? Well, don't worry that wont happen here. My wife who has numerous items from TB ( but not from this location) was looking to purchase some items and was totally ignored. Apparently the sales associates were way to caught up talking to each other to give her the time of day. Well not only is this a total turn off from this location but also the brand itself. I stopped in to pick up a birthday gift. When I walked into the store a gentleman and a little girl were being helped by an associate. She greeted me. Another associate came out of the back and greeted me. I immediately showed her what I wanted. By the end, I asked for three different pairs of slides. The associate was kind and quick to respond to my request (which I appreciated because I was pushed for time). Secondly, the other associate who was helping the father and daughter was so patient with the little girl. The little girl had a ton of questions and gift suggestions for her mom and the TB associate kindly and patiently answered each question. Great service!! read more

I purchased a purse from this location and was told if I have any issues to please stop by or contact them. Well my Fleming $700 purse is bubbling and discolored in some areas. I went to the store in hopes of an exchange and was basically told I cleaned it improperly, which is utter nonsense. I tried explaining but was not listened to. I walked out incredibly disappointed with the customer service the sales people were all huddled in the front. Very unprofessional. And at this price point I should have been handled completely differently. I will never buy another TB purse or anything from this location. read more

As a male having just finished shopping here for my girlfriend I have to say it was a great experience. Due to the larger than usual dollar amount I was spending, my credit card company thought it fraud and declined my card. The sales associate, Aubrey, however helped me figure out a way around it after I was unable to get ahold of my bank. In the mean time while I was dealing with the stress of trying to shop in an all women's store and my card being declined another sales associate straight up brought out two Coronas from the back for myself and another stressed out guy shopping for his wife. I already thought that the fact that they offered us something to drink was very nice but to bring out a couple beers for us guys was fantastic. I will never hesitate to shop here again.
