To be blunt and honest, Not the friendliest place. You walk in there they don't even acknowledge or greet you! Hasn't been the best experience the few times I've been there. The Floor sales clerk lacks customer service skills in my opinion! It sucks that when you can tell some employees are just there for paycheck and could care less about helping anyone. I would like to get 0 star for customer service. I buy a lot of stuff, purses, coats, presents. They just lost a customer. Never had worse customer service experience. They were so rude to me. I will never return there. Also customers be aware! Their return policy is deceiving. It states for any reason if you are not satisfied with the product, within 30 days they will refund you. When you go on the web it states for purchase in store all the tags must be included, doesn't state attached. I took of the tag to wear it, changed my mind before I left because the material was itchy. I thought have everything they require, but they did not take it back, never worn coat. My boyfriend and I swung by the shop to purchase his mother a purse for her birthday. I personally have a strong dislike for shopping at malls, let alone walking into a designer store where it is extremely busy. Regardless of how busy it was, we were still greeted and welcomed by a staff member upon arrival. The young lady directed us to the specific style of handbags his mom had asked for...& did not follow us around the store trying upsell like most shops at the outlet mall...thank god! Once we got into the extremely LONG---LONG line...surprisingly we only had to wait about 6-8 minutes! The best part was that once it was our turn to cash out, the tall young blonde man who helped us didn't rush through our transaction. We couldn't remember his name...it might of been Randell?? It definitely started w/ an R... Whatever his name was, we were thankful that he actually took the time to ask who the handbag was for and give some tips to share on how to upkeep the purse's condition! What a letdown. MK is known for being a super affordable designer brand. I've loved a lot of the purses, watches, coats and jewelry for years. My love affair is wavering though. As the brand has become more popular and more affordable, I've felt less like it was a high end brand and more like it was just a regular, run of the mill store. It's now especially popular with teens and young 20 somethings. I still love the pieces I've owned for years though and give MK a shot whenever I pass a store in a mall, just hoping I'll find something I love. Today I was shopping at this mall and when I walked in, I spotted exactly 6 employees at the front door chatting, laughing, and entertaining one another. Not a single damn was given when I walked in, no one offered to assist, answer questions, or even gesture or nod hello. I browsed the shop alone for about 20 mins and then had to walk to the gaggle of gals at the front when I needed a dressing room. I felt like I was interrupting their conversation and it was a bit awkward. A room was made available to me but the store employee never asked my name, offered assistance, or told me her name. I looked at 4 winter coats, each somewhere between $180-300. Liking two of them a lot, I really considered whether or not to get them. Deciding to shop around a bit more and see more stores, I ended up leaving them there and not coming back. The coats were awesome but going back in and being ignored was so off putting that I'll venture to another store and spend money elsewhere instead. read more

I have been here multiple times..usually during the week because I don't come near this mall on the weekends. It has never been busy yet you sure wouldn't know it by the cold "greeting" that you get when you walk in. Every time I come in here, they have plenty of employees yet I have never been asked if I needed help finding anything. I really love this store. It's more than just purses! Maybe it's because it feels like everything in here was made for me, and fits me perfectly. But I also love it because the staff are super sweet, and so helpful and friendly. They will remember your name and come check on you when you are trying things on. You'll never walk around the store with hangers in your hand for more than a minute because they will hop to it starting a change room for you. I found some killer deals here this past weekend, and I kind of want to keep this place my little secret (despite it being in the middle of an outlet mall). But the staff and store deserve the great rating. The only downside to the outlet location is that the products you are getting are not as well made as their department or regular store items. My purse from a year and half ago didn't wear as well as I had hoped, but to be fair, I was pretty rough on it. Then again, you aren't paying nearly as much, either. read more

Got a defective MK watch from here for Christmas and they wouldn't take it back or exchange it. Rather you have to send the watch to have it serviced at the manufacturer which costs you the price of shipping and insurance. I feel the store should at least handle the shipping for you to help with the hassle. I suppose telling customers if you have problems with something they sell don't bring it back might hurt sales. They salespeople are great! It's the story policy they needs to change or get a better watch distributor. read more

Horrible customer service. Management and staff have shown that customer service is not their priority. Management is gruff and expresses that it's their way or no way. Use excuse as if it's the store policy. An outlet store you'd think shouldn't be so stringent to make customers not feel valued. Other purse outlet stores, such as Coach, work extensively with customers to make your experience pleasurable. Consider to buy elsewhere unless you don't care having Michael Kors management and staff show you ZERO customer service. Unfortunately, negative experience when you should feel exited and positive because you've just treated yourself with buying items you love. Girlfriends and myself will buy elsewhere in the future. Handbags from the outlet stores are far from good quality. I would spend the extra money and purchase from the Michael Kors stores at the mall. I purchased a small handbag and both straps broke off after 1 year of use. For an expensive bag I would expect higher quality. read more

The customer service at this store is terrible, even the managers should require training. very lousy handling of customer concerns. There was a bag with a price tag of $298 and everything at the store was 50% off. The black had silver chains, another with gold chains, they also had red, beige and another color. Looked at the silver one with the price tag $298 but since I wear more gold jewelry, I decided to get the gold and only one of the gold had $298 on it and the rest of the tags, the price was ripped off. I chose the one without the tag because it was in the best condition. When I wanted to pay for it, they were charging $164 instead of $150 and said that the prices were printed wrong and it should be more. They never do that with their bags. Whether the chains are silver or gold for a black purse, their prices are always the same. So the manager, Mariya, said she can't honor the price since the gold didn't have the price tag. I made a fuss but the manager refused to take off the $14. She spoke very rudely too and said she said she would only honor the silver chained bag. By the time I went back to take pictures of the tags, she had two girls remove all the prices so I wouldn't be able to take proof. Seriously?? I've spent so much money at this place and this is the way I get treated over $14? It isn't even about $14, it's how they handled the situation. AVOID it at all costs. TB is down the aisle and their customer service is spectacular. I will never shop here again. Take your money to a business that appreciates it. read more

If possible, I would give the store a negative rating rather the the one star. Terrible service, cheating price and customers have to be very cautious about the purchases there. They would not let you get refund in your original payment methods whether it is due to your fault or theirs. They could not care less about the customers, probably because the majority of their customers are foreign visitors who either has language barrier or does not have the time to argue with them.
