I asked someone for help, and they were not helpful at all. I was shopping around and looking at various deals but had a question regarding something specific. I ended up leaving and wasn't happy with the experience. I left and didn't come back.

I explained the situation that it's my kid who needs to use the bathroom. We have been to several Ross stores and most of the time if my kids want to use the bathroom they let them. In my opinion, in every rule there's always exemption. Adult can control their bladder, but kids can't or have hard time to control their bladder. The manager suggested to use "safeway bathroom." It is not right to use safeway bathroom if we dont buy anything, and why she suggested "safeway bathroom." People shop to the store and we suppose to get comforted at list to use their bathroom even just for children. So, I left all the stuff I suppose to buy and leave Ross store everett super disappointed.

Well over that 20-year time period I can probably count on one hand how many times I walked out of there with something worthwhile. For one thing the store is always in a fair amount of disarray. The racks are overcrowded. Too many items where they just have one or two things and it's really hard to find what you want in your size. A lot of stuff on the floor and if you do find something you love you have to wonder if it was stepped on or rolled over by a cart at some point. The prices probably are more reasonable if you do find something but you really got to dig. The thing that really burns my hide is the line. It's been long often in the past but it could be worthwhile if you found something. This most recent time I went the line was ridiculous. I would guess there was 35 or 40 people in line and three cashiers. The people were lined up all the way to the dressing room. I expect this if I go in Ross or the Goodwill. Not Nordstrom rack. Never again. But I want to give credit where credit is due, the cashiers despite the crushing workload where personable and did not display any stress despite the obvious frustration of everyone staring at them doing their job. After about 15 minutes, I left (without buying anything) and went to my car. Once I sat down I realized my phone wasn't in my back pocket. I looked everywhere, then trekked back to the store. When I couldn't find it along my route, I went to the cashier and asked if anyone had turned it in. Both the manager and store security helped me search, called my phone, and offered so much assistance. I felt as if they cared as much about my loss as if it had been their own. P.S. She and the phony manager need to be terminated immediately. They are racists plain and simple.
