I am new to the whole landlord thing and found my first tenant rent by owner thinking I could maximize rent without a realtor fee for the renter. I was living there at that point, so it wasn't difficult. This time around I listed it on my own thinking the same and after a lot of work messaging people, no shows, and driving in from the suburbs to show it multiple times, I was exhausted. Mike found me a great apartment AND saved me $200 a month!! I was looking for apartments to rent in Hoboken NJ and had reached out to a few other real estate agents to see apartments. I called Mike to inquire about one, and rather than helping me on a one-off, he offered to help with our entire search, asked some detailed questions, listened intently, and was able to instantly recommend a couple of apartments that fit our wish list.
