The person who answered the phone repeated said she would call me back to schedule an appointment and never did. I was the one who had to keep calling to try to get service. She said that I had to see the doctor which I was willing to do, but after further discussion she said that she could schedule an apt and if the technician saw it and deemed it ok to do the treatment they would, if not I would be turned away. I had been looking forward to the service. Why in the world would I have NOT seen the doctor if I had to? Why would she have scheduled an appointment for me if I had NOT seen the doctor and knew I had to in order to receive the treatment? Unfortunately these idiots are the only people in SA who do this.
