A few years after leaving his office vowing to never come back again, I'm left dealing with a cavity drilling that left my molar highly sensitive. Worst yet, when I told him I experienced extreme sensitivity, I was reprimanded for "lying to his face" because "it couldn't have happen" and "it must be me". The worst part was knowing that the drilling was not needed after getting a second opinion from another dentist who examine other teeth Dr. Eisenbrock recommended filling, which I never went back for. This molar is in need of a root canal which meant killing the nerve rendering my tooth dead. I would never go back to him. The way he treats his patients like clueless submissive farm animals, if he was a obstetrician, he would be killing babies for profits. I am seething with anger and in my eyes, he is nothing but a con man driven by profit. The damage that he dealt is one I'll have to live with for the rest of my life, a dead tooth that was perfectly healthy before I pay a visit to this unethical, arrogant, malevolent man. For some reason, I was just thinking of this dentist and the horrible experience I had years ago, so I thought I'd search to see if he had his license taken away or was arrested. Surprisingly, neither has happened. The level of malpractice I experienced here was unreal. After only having 1 filling my entire life and then suddenly having numerous was very suspicious. He would say the cavities look small but deepen as he drills in and that is why they needed to be addressed. He was also extremely condescending when questioned. Luckily, I left the practice and haven't had cavities any cavities since. I am in the need for a new dentist because mine is retiring and I still worry about finding someone I can trust after having made this experience here. read more

After switching insurance, I was in the market for a new dentist. I have been with Eisenbrock for about a year now and this is my review and experience with him and his assistants: 1) Dr. Eisenbrock seems to know what he is doing, but he seems to be quite aggressive and pushy when it comes to getting cosmetic surgeries done. I understand this is where most of the profit comes from, but the confrontation on why I should have it can become insulting, especially when I was laughed at when I admit that I cannot afford it. This happens every single time without fail. 2) The receptionist is always friendly and personable; she will help you understand the billing if you have questions on the charges. 3) One month after I had my first filling by him, I experienced sensitivity to hot and cold food. I explained this to Dr. Eisenbrock and he adjusted the filling for me. After I told him it was much better, he told me that "I was probably lying because he couldn't have been wrong". I am not easily offended, but this was very rude and an insult to my morals considering that I had to make the trip to his practice to correct something he did not do right on the first time. 4) One of his assistants is always personable and patient when I have questions about the procedures. I do not remember her name but she always wears eyeliner. If you had to have work done by an assistant, always go to her because the other ones can be ignorant and give false information (like telling me that a sealant is $25 per tooth when it is actually $35 per tooth...I only found this out after I received a bill). 5) During the routine cleaning, the assistants will use a manual scaling tool rather than an electric tool. Often times, after my routine cleaning, I will still find brown stains and hardened plaque on my teeth afterwards. Coincidentally, it is also at this practice that I had 6 cavities after never having any for the past 25 years of my life (I never miss a routine cleaning and use WaterPik to clean my teeth nightly). Six surface comps posteriors total. 6) On the last potential filling (#31 they called), I realized I should get a second opinion due to #3 above. A dentist at Upper Darby said that this is a "potential cavity" and I should not get a filling since there is still time to reverse the damage. It makes me wonder how many innocent tooth have he drilled that could have been saved by diligent brushing and cleaning. I find the dentist incompatible with my preference. Also, I find it too coincidental that I suffered six cavities after switching to this dentist in a year's time, I remember in January 2015 when they took an x-ray of my teeth that I was cavity free, how does six cavities happen in half a year's time? Regardless, I am unable to find a reason to remain as a patient after one year of diligent attendance. I gave him one star because that's the lowest I could go, otherwise, it'd be zero. read more

I had been searching for a new dentist for myself and my family for quite some time. When Dr. Eisenbrock's name popped up in search results, I wasn't sure why, but his name was already familiar to me. Turns out, it's because a few friends and some extended family in the area are already patients of his and they had such good experiences that I had already subconsciously remembered his name. Upon calling, the receptionist could not have been friendlier. She had that happy lilt in her voice that made you feel like she didn't despise her job. Upon entering for my first appointment to have my X-Rays done, I was greeted with the same enthusiasm from the desk staff as well as the technician who took them. My first impression of Dr. Eisenbrock was that he was kind of like a drill sergeant, but in a hilarious almost shtick way. Let me explain. He and his assistant went through my tooth chart so quickly that it was like an army drill. Don't confuse his quickness with not being thorough. The man is thorough. I'm sure I screwed them up a little bit because he was cracking me up barking out tooth numbers and zipping down the list while I was lying there with my mouth wide open. He didn't seem to mind and had a laugh with me afterwards. My second visit was a few days later for a routine cleaning and to have some cavities filled (eek!). If I remember correctly, Danielle was my hygienist. She was incredibly thorough. She answered all of my silly questions about how I could be brushing more efficiently, as well as my options for teeth whitening. The cleaning was painless, quick, but incredibly thorough. Angel then came in and took the impressions for the whitening tray that I was having them make and was also very thorough with explaining the process of creating the mold. On to the dreaded cavities! After a very short wait due to a small scheduling mishap, I went in to see Dr. Eisenbrock and his assistant to have 4 cavities filled. I'll tell you what, the man is a magician. He had me so distracted with conversation and whatever else he was moving around that I hadn't even realized he slipped me the Novocaine needle until my face started getting numb. He's THAT GOOD. Once it came time to fill my cavities, him and his assistant (Tina, I think) worked seamlessly. They had such a good routine that I was done in just shy of 20 minutes. I had NO pain or discomfort while he was drilling. Afterwards, they both made certain my bite was correct and that there was no strange discomfort from the fillings before letting me leave the office. Incredibly thorough and friendly. Some time later, my custom fitted whitening trays arrived. They took a few extra days to complete, so they threw in some extra gel for the inconvenience. A week or so after using them, and I was realizing that the bottom tray wasn't fitting my mouth 100%. I made a call to Candace, the office manager and she told me absolutely no problem and that they would recreate my bottom tray for me. Upon picking it up, it fit much better than the original (it had gotten slightly warped in the process of removing it from the mold and it wasn't sitting properly on my bottom teeth). Candace and Dr. Eisenbrock even threw in a few more whitening gels for the inconvenience. My teeth are 2 shades whiter and I could not be happier with my smile. Just in time for my wedding! If you're still hanging with me through the longest review ever, I'll wrap it up by pointing out that I used the word "thorough" 7 times in this review. That being said, if you decide to schedule an appointment with Dr. Eisenbrock's office, you will not be disappointed. Their friendliness and professionalism is unmatched. I picked one star because "0" wasn't an option. We took my stepdaughter there and were told she had 8 cavities and a "cystic" impacted wisdom tooth. We got a second opinion from a trusted dentist that was a bit out of the way for us (thus our giving Dr. Eisenbrock a chance), only to be told that she has 0 cavities and wisdom teeth were coming in fine. Prior to the incident with my daughter, my husband went there and, some weeks later, a dental insurance EOB revealed that we were charged for a procedure that they did not explain was necessary, nor was the cost discussed. When i confronted them after the fact we were told that "we don't explain things because mostly people don't understand." So good of them to call you stupid to your face! I've been a patient of Dr. Eisenbrock's since 2008. Previously I'd probably had 8-10 dentists throughout my life, and while some were good, none compare to him. He and his entire staff have always provided me the utmost class, professionalism, and honest work I could ever hope for. Whether it be cleanings with Lauren or major work with the Doc himself, I've always felt I was getting the best treatments possible. Some of the work he and his staff have performed over the years include: -Countless cleanings -Two crowns -Numerous cavity repairs -Root scaling and a variety of other gum work -Two wisdom teeth removed -Pre-work for endodontal treatments and a referral to an outstanding Endodontist (Dr. Michael Marmo) -Eight veneers that 7 years later are in as good a shape as the day I got them All of the above work was performed to what I believe to be of outstanding quality. However, what I most appreciate about Doc and his staff are they are genuinely good people. Aside from the friendly and upbeat demeanor of everyone, they really do care about you. I had a major issue with my teeth a year ago (which ultimately led to the endodontal work I references above), and it came to a head on a Saturday where one of the affected molars became extremely painful, to the point where I actually contacted them. I was mainly hoping for an Rx for pain meds until my Tuesday appointment, but Doc and one of his assistants came in on their DAY OFF and treated me. And this wasn't a treatment where there were fixing a "mess up" on their end or anything if the sort where one may feel they were obligated, this was he and his staff genuinely caring about their patient. Call me cheesy, but that to me is what most matters. Because bottom line, just about any dentist is skilled at what they do, but what sets them apart to me is their integrity. All in all, yes, prices are reasonable, treatments always been great (and I've had a wide variety), the new office has all sorts of fancy new equipment, but what has kept me a patient, even after moving an hour away, is the integrity. So if you want quality work from great people, there's no better option than Dr. Einsenrock and his entire staff. read more

My husband was a patient of Dr. Eisenbrok at Bensalem Dentistry in 2008 while we lived in Philadelphia. He had a bridge done and paid $5,000 and that bridge BROKE only 3.5 years later. I wrote to him but no answer. I later called the clinic and spoke with the receptionist, Marcia, who was very RUDE and told me to get a dentist in my new city and HUNG UP on me. I called her right away and she did not answer so I left her a message asking her why when I treated her in a polite manner she would hang up on me. No call back as expected. She also said their work in guaranteed for only 1 year. Really?! Dentists in Atlanta offer 5-year warranty. I strongly reccommend you find a knowledgable dentist who will stand behind his work for a minimum of 5 years and avoid this place where professionalism is at the bottom of their list. read more

I have been a patient of Michael Eisenbrock since 1982. Have spent $thousands, but I never recall spending money on anything I didn't need. He has recommended replacing my old silver cavities with the newer white composites, and I hesitated until he explained why the composites are superior. I still have a silver cavity or two, but when they go bad, I get them redone with composite. He's never pushed anything on me. When he tells me what I need, and gives a recommendation, I either give a go ahead, or say 'not now', and that's the end of it. I've had some 5 or 6 root canals, but they were all necessary at the time. For all the horror stories people have concerning root canals, I have to say that I never had a bad one. Never even needed the pain pills he prescribed 'just in case'. In fact, I don't fear anything the man suggests, because he knows his stuff, and he's a top notch technician. He's got an off-beat sense of humor that can put you at ease. I suspect that not all those on his all-female staff are into his humor, because I've seen many come and go over the years. But the ones that do get it (or learn how to tune it out) work well with him, and seem to have the opportunity to learn alot from a man at the top of his game. He works fast, but efficiently. And I understand that he continues educating himself in the newest trends and techniques to make sure his patients are getting up to date care. His staff, once they get into his particular way of working, perform their particular tasks just as efficiently. They are good at explaining the work your teeth may require, and the billing for that work. They are well versed on the available options. They have varying levels of education and experience, and some even perform routine dental work, including fillings, about as well as the Doc. His hygenists are almost always superior, though. Try not to get Mike to do a cleaning; he has a heavy hand, but he knows that, and always keeps good hygenists around. If you come from a background of doctors and dentists that are calm and professional, you may not be prepared for Mike's sense of humor, and his dynamic style, but give it time, and don't judge it. Roll with and have a good time. It could be the most fun you've ever had in a dentist's chair. My daughter is equally fond of Mike's work, and would still be a patient if she didn't have to move to Virgina. I know that I dread the day when Michael Eisenbrock hangs up his drill, and forces me to find a new dentist. Hopefully, by that time, one of his staff will have become good enough to step into his shoes. read more

The staff at Bensalem Dentistry was super friendly. Everyone seemed to enjoy their work and I was called very shortly after completing my paperwork. My hygienist Lauren was great... she was upbeat, personable and thorough. It turned out I had cavities so they offered to take care of it THAT DAY. I never experienced that before and it really made an impact on me since getting off from work to go to the dentist is difficult and I just didn't want to make the drive a second time. Dr. Eisenbrock came in right away and consulted with me on what he recommended based on what my insurance would cover. That was helpful because other dentists just told me what they were going to do and didn't give me options (they usually just pick the most expensive one). Overall I would say this is a very tightly run operation... for the amount of work I had done, it felt like no time at all. read more

Absolutely worst dentist ever. Not patient with his clients at all. The office staff some where ok and some were not. They made me pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket even with 2 insurances, what doctor does that, and then bill my insurance and not even put everything down that was done, and come to find out it was all covered after i paid for it out of pocket. This is why i check eob, and had to wait 3 months to get a refund, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO. Take my word for it, or try it out and say i didnt tell you so. This is really a 3.5! I've been coming here for 3 years now. My first year I spent so much money but it was mainly because Dr Mike had to fix all my bad fillings from dentists before. They only do the white fillings here which is my biggest complaint. My insurance doesn't cover the other fillings so it's a lot when I do have to have fillings done. The staff is very nice and Marci is great! She knows you by name and is so helpful. Dr Mike is also great at working with you when you have to have work done to make sure you're not giving an arm and a leg. I recently had to have a crown done and he was kind enough to work with me on it. I have recommended so many people to him already and they haven't complained either. read more

I have been going to Dr. Eisenbrock for a little over 5 years now and looking back I regret it because I've come to realize that I have probably had a lot of work done that I didn't need to. I continued to go because the staff there is excellent. They are very friendly and I've seen two hygienists there over the years that were also excellent. They were both very thorough and gentle and took the time to explain a lot about dental health to me. Dr. Eisenbrock is also very friendly but always seemed to be a little pushy about getting fillings replaced and even doing a root canal despite the fact that I never had any pain or discomfort in any of those teeth indicating that there was a problem. Every time I went for a checkup it seemed there was some kind of work he wanted to do. Also, despite being friendly he can be a little rough while doing work. I even asked if we could try the gas one time and he just simply said I didn't need it. One thing that also bothered me was that he sometimes would jump from room to room working on more than one patient at a time. I realize he can probably see more patients this way but I think most people would agree that he should devote his attention to one patient at a time while doing work. I also wonder how sanitary this was because he would do it so quickly and I now question how much he really washes his hands or re-gloves in between patient rooms. However, he has been practicing for a long time and he seems very knowledgeable so I trusted him. During my last visit I was told I had two cavities and needed more fillings replaced. I finally decided to go get some second opinions. I had my recent x-rays sent over and consulted with two other dentists. Both said I had one potential area that could be a small new cavity but didn't need anything else. To be fair, I am extremely happy with the cosmetic work I originally went to Dr. Eisenbrock for. I don't doubt his knowledge or skill as a dentist but I think there is a difference between someone who does what they do because they love it and can make a living from it and someone who is just out to make money. Every time I left the office I was always being pushed to recommend him and bring in new patients. They'd even send out automated text messages with contests to bring in new business and maybe win a TV or something like that. If you live in the Bensalem area I'm sure you have seen his ads and flyers as they come in the mail at least once a month. The office seems almost desperate to bring in new business. Please excuse the long review but I am trying to be thorough and fair. I've personally come to realize that I would rather see a dentist who is honest and enjoys what they do over one that pushes extra work and tries to see as many patients as possible to bring in even more and more money. read more

Yes, This is "As GooD As It Gets!" I'm embarrassed to admit, I've gone 20yrs. without seeing a dentist. I know that sounds unheard of, but as a man, I've adopted a silly, "If It Ain't Broke Then Don't Fix It" type of attitude. In July I started developing a slight pain each time I ate sweets. So, I decided to see a dentist thinking I may have a cavity or two. Dr. Eisenbrock's office was approx. 2mins. away from my home so, I decided to make an appointment. I called and scheduled an appointment with Marci whose tone was very calm and pleasant. After my initial oral examination, It was discovered I had 6 cavities and Advanced Periodontitis Disease which from what I understand now, is the WORST oral disease you can have. Mined you, due to years of neglect and not thoroughly removing the bacterial plaque from my teeth, I'd far surpassed Gingivitis. Folks, this disease was secretly and aggressively pulling away the gums from my teeth forming pockets which will become infected and lead to tooth lost all without my knowledge. THANKFULLY, THANKFULLY, THANKULLY I've selected the correct dentist for this serious and time sensitive job. Dr. Eisenbrock and Staff' went to work immediately, never making me feel any kind of way for waiting so long. They were more interested in addressing the issue in which they did by immediately giving me an antibacterial foam that I took home with me and use daily with free refills to fight the disease and if used as directed, should insure it will not return. Lauren was like my own personal hygienist with vast knowledge of my symptom and how to treat it. She vigorously, but gently went inside my mouth, scraped and removed all the plaque from my teeth which was a 20yr. or more build up. (She put in some work that day, Y'all!) After plaque removal, Lauren went in with a powerful deep cleaning (2 sessions) which now has my teeth looking and feeling clean, smooth and healthy. We discussed home care i.e. the right electric brush and water pic to use and how to adopt and maintain a healthy mouth style. Thank You, Lauren just for your professionalism, helping me restore my teeth and gums to a more healthier state and also for helping me to understand the importance in adopting a healthier mouth style if I expect my teeth to last another 48yrs. Now, what more can I say about Dr. Eisenbrock the man. Well, I can tell you as a professional, you can not get anyone whose more dedicated, passionate, knowledgeable and who sincerely cares about your teeth, not his teeth, I said ur teeth. While sitting in his chair to get rid of the cavities, I can clearly hear Dr. Eisenbrock whispering about how good of a job he's doing. He's not on some DT bragging, but more so admiring how well the job is coming along. That's impressive to me and clearly shows an individual whose not in his profession strictly for the money, but it shows someone whose genuinely concerned in helping other's establish and maintain a healthier mouth style. Kudos Dr. Eisenbrock to U and Ur Staff for the hard but necessary work you all perform everyday. P.S. I'm not too good with remembering names, but I wanted to mention each staff member in Dr. Eisenbrock's office was involved directly and indirectly to the wonderful restoration of my original teeth. Whether it was a bright, friendly smile and greeting to the actual labor, u get a since of a family oriented type of atmosphere. OK, If I haven't made it obviously clear to you yet, I'M EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE WORK PERFORMED AT DR. Horrible experience found the nurse she was awesome. Dr was impersonal, rude, very pushy to start and not patient. I sat in pain because I could take gas he just said nope won't do it a real ass never go back never recommend. We cater to cowards yeah if he allows it. I explained that I had cavities that I needed filling but cost was an issue. He told me he doesn't do cheap-o cavity work, he only works with "expensive" materials and if I couldn't afford this, his dental practice wasn't for me. I cancelled my appointment. Last year I made a donation to Mr Eisenbrock, which I got a 100$ dental work. Office people were pretty nice and friendly. Mr Eisenbrock's techinican was very friendly also.. He did some scraping work , removed some plaque from between teeth, and before that they took an x-ray. After the work Mr Eisenbrook came to me, and said my upper jaws bone density is getting weaker and I need really deep cleaning. He was very straightforward and his words and voice tones were very pushy and tried to scare me out.. He said to me I will loose all my teeth within 10 years..Do you know how much it will cost you? I asked how much? He said 1000$ Do you know how much it will cost you if you loose your teehth and have to replace them? 1500$ I said, I am sorry, I cannot afford this... He said to me arrogantly, I dont work for free. Do you know whats free in this country? Do you work? Can you afford a monthly plan? How much you can afford by monthly? I said I am sorry I cant pay this much money. He said, Ok I have to dismiss you as my patient.Good bye! He left.. He said these things arrogantly in front of his stuff members.. Outrageous..This person has to learn how to interact with people in a nicer way.. To Mr Micheal if you read this... If you were the only doctor in the USA I would never come to you, because of your disrespectful behav., and you made a huge mistake, by not asking me if I have a health insurance and a dental coverage..I do have both and I have a 3000$ dental coverage... I am not very happy with this dentist. The receptionist and hygienist are very helpful but Dr Eisenbrock is far from helpful. He is always in a rush and doesn't care about his patients. I had a severe toothache and made an appointment. They took an X-ray of my mouth and he came in looked at the X-ray and said you need a root canal. He then walked out! Didn't ask if I'm in pain or give me any information. He could care less about how I was feeling. It's unfortunate because his hygienist and receptionist Are great but he is so rude that I decided to look for a new dentist. read more

Root canal nightmare!! First they started work at the end of the day ( no time to finish ) Nd had me come back two days later to finish! I was in a lot of pain but it took five calls to get a prescription for pain pills. The lady dentist who performed part two of the procedure went to drill without giving me novacaine. I jerked away and she scolded me. She was simply the worst dentist I have ever visited. Not sensitive to the patient at all. To top it off my temporary crown fell out less than two weeks later. Dr.Eisenbrock, Jackie, Candice, Lauren, Marci, Veronica, and Angel are amazing!! Each of these individuals have gone above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, happy, and had the proper procedure done. In the last three months, I've had fillings, onlays, and cleanings done. Dr.Eisenbrock is an extremely patient, gentle, funny, and caring dentist. He has done a great job on every one of my fillings(10), and onlays (2). He has made every visit better than the last. Before my first filling, I was extremely scared but Jackie reassured me I was going to be okay, she's so funny, and relatable. Without her, I know I would have had major anxiety. Lauren is the best dental hygienist; she gets all the plaque and tartar off, and is extremely friendly. Candice is a ball of energy, she is such a kind hearted genuine person, and she always helps me with the prices. Marci and Veronica are the beautiful face that greets everyone, they are knowledgeable, and sweet. Angel is personable, and easy going. I wish I would have came to Dr. Eisenbrock sooner!! My daughter and I were both patients of Dr. Eisenbrock for many years and yes everyone is super friendly here, this is true, BUT.....be warned......you will be told that you need work done that you actually do not need done! This was the case for both my daughter and I. my daughter was told that she needed 4 cavities filled and I was told that I needed 5 very large cavities filled and that I was in danger of losing one tooth if I didnt have it worked on right away. They told me that it would cost $2500 but not to worry that they would accept a payment plan since I had no dental coverage. I could not believe that after just filling 4 cavities my daughter had 4 more so I took her to another dentist and low and behold....NO CAVITIES!!! ??? I went to another dentist myself and was told that I had 2 very tiny cavities and it was no rush to take care of them. I do not want anyone else to spend money at Dr. Eisenbrocks office ( Bensalem Family Dentists) that doesnt need to be spent. Why does he have to do all the advertising he does? Because word of mouth is not going to work for him. I am very disappointed with this practise and they are deceiving people to get their money. Coming to Bensalem Dentistry was the worst experience ever. As soon as I walked through the door I heard the staff talking about "how annoying their patients are" right behind the front desk! When I asked a question I was ALWAYS interrupted and never given a straight answer. The dental hygenist kept calling me "sweetie" and "dear" I am 25, not a child! When I finally got to see the doctor the first thing he told me was that I shouldn't be showing my face on the street until I bleached my teeth! I was so offended and hurt I almost walked out of the chair; and not only that, I have a heriditary condition where I have no enamel on my teeth. HE WANTED ME TO SPEND $250 ON BLEACHING TRAYS THAT HE DOESN'T EVEN KNOW WILL WORK!! He recommended braces, something I have NEVER had a doctor tell me I needed. And suprise suprise, nothing he recommended was covered by my insurance. The doctor talked to his staff as if I wasn't there and even missed important health concerns such as cavities another dentist found, after I went for a second opinion. This is the worst dentist I have ever been to. I feel like they are trying to get my hard earned money and that they just run an assembly line. Dr Eisenbrock is the best dentist I've been too. He's friendly, funny, and straightforward about dental needs. The hygienists and front desk staff are always cheerful and genuinely care about your day. I actually stopped hating going to the dentist after switching to Dr Eisenbrock! read more

I just moved from FL and needed help with pain in a tooth. I was able to get into the office quickly and was given all my options. The assistants were more than helpful and Dr. Eisenbrock took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Then I received a follow-up call to make sure everything was as it should be. read more

If I could give this dentist no stars I would. I'd have to say the worst thing that I found out from being a patient there for about 3 years is that they charged me co-pays that were well over what I owed. I actually called my insurance company, and found out that it was a fact that they were overcharging me. Then on top of that Dr. Eisenbrock seemed to always say I had cavities. The last time I was there he said he found 2 more. I finally just said no, I'll wait to get those 2 filled. Then I just went to a new dentist that had great ratings on health grades. I didn't say anything to the new dentist about cavities because I just wanted to see if there really were any cavities. After fully examining me and receiving the x-rays that were transferred from Dr. Eisenbrocks office he said I had absolutely no cavities. So Who knows how long Dr. Eisenbrock was filling cavities that weren't even there. He also did a dental implant on me about a year ago that was a total mess from the start. I had constant problems it's spanned out for over about two years. When I asked for my money to be refunded so I could get it finished elsewhere he claimed that a staff member of his stole the money. Because I paid cash and didn't have a receipt there was nothing I could do about it. I've never felt so violated by a dentist in my life and I'm almost 40 years old. My husband and I recently switched dentists to Dr. Eisenbrock. Big mistake! While we liked the hygenist, the Dr is rude, inventing problems and stacking patients. I was told at my initial appt. that I needed 4 fillings. I had the 4 fillings five days later and was told I needed 2 more. How did I get 2 more problems in 5 days? I guess I was an easy target accepting the initial work so quickly. I take great care of my teeth and usually don't need any work. Now one of the fillings is really shallow and sensitive. My husband went in and knew he needed a lot of work. He was taken back very late and the Dr seemed very frazzled and distracted going back and forth between a dental implant and my husband. Dr numbed my husband, kept going back and forth and then said he can't do my husband. My husband left numb with no work done! What a crackpot, he kept talking to himself and while looking at my husbands xrays kept saying "what the hell is that?". read more

WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!! Can't think of one good thing to say about them.. First I got four teeth pulled out and they charged me $60 a tooth. When I got my statement in the mail from my insurance company I was only supposed to pay $15 a tooth. When I bought the paper to get my money back they said they don't cut checks till the beginning of the month. I waited a week after the first week of the month and never received a check. Went back in the office and the receptionist claimed I never came and talk to her about it. Second I got a crown done which is supposed to be permanent and I only had it a year and it was loose almost coming out. When I went back and they took the crown off to fix it my real tooth underneath the crown was gone. The doctor supposedly doesn't know how it happened. Then I took my kid for a cleaning and she had to get a couple teeth out. They said they called my insurance and gave me all these funny prices so I called the insurance company and they said they don't give price information to dentists. So they are scammers too. The receptionist Marcie is very rude. After I called them out and signed for my deductible she threw my receipt at me. Very professional huh? Couldn't complain to anyone cause shes the doctors wife.
