This molar is in need of a root canal which meant killing the nerve rendering my tooth dead. I would never go back to him. The way he treats his patients like clueless submissive farm animals, if he was a obstetrician, he would be killing babies for profits. I am seething with anger and in my eyes, he is nothing but a con man driven by profit. The damage that he dealt is one I'll have to live with for the rest of my life, a dead tooth that was perfectly healthy before I pay a visit to this unethical, arrogant, malevolent man. The have all our records and when we pushed back with that point the person on the phone became nasty and claimed she could not read the records. We decided to move onto a new provider after that experience because we have found that if the office staff doesn't care the provider doesn't either especially at times of transition.

When I asked if she could fax the cardiac clearance request to me, Colleen proceeded to say, "that's funny when we just did that yesterday and your office stated it was received." As I began to tell her, this is a different location for the provider and it was possible the form was sent to that office she cut me off and began to speak over me- her tone of voice was not professional or courteous and not that of someone who should be answering the phone. Instead of using her words, she began to say umm hmm. I normally would not write a review, but this conversation did not go as planned. I'm still waiting for the fax.
