I initially had some challenges during my first visit, particularly with my hygienist experience and the recommendation for a deep cleaning. I left feeling a little uncertain and uncomfortable with how that portion of the appointment went. However, when I shared my concerns, both the front desk staff and the dentist took my feedback with the utmost concern and compassion. I genuinely felt heard, and they went above and beyond to make things right. My experience since then has been completely different, and I really love the staff here. Everyone has been warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I appreciate how thoughtfully they handled my initial concerns rather than dismissing them. The dentist himself is fantastic. His energy is top tier -- personable, positive, and reassuring -- while also being incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he's seeing, what he recommends, and why, in a way that is easy to understand and never overwhelming. I feel comfortable asking questions and feel much more confident about the care I'm receiving. If you found him via social media and think it's just a "hot dentist," you'll be pleasantly pleased by how smart this doctor is and how much he truly cares for your dental health.
