If he's busy, just say so! But don't request all our very personal, identity documents then fall off the grid. Very very unsettling and more importantly HIGHLY unprofessional. One would think that the firm would handle long term clients with the same professionalism , but not the case . Stuart handed over our returns for the last few years to underlings who cost us a great deal of money . He had me sending documents multiple times and claim he never received them ( even after our financial advisor confirmed) he couldn't bother to send over a basic Obama care healthcare form that i sent in and cost us $.. he began to charge us erroneous fees for consulting that was never done and this year wanted to charge twice for his fees ( my wife and i have Sep names) ., no apologies ever.. when i inquired specifically about his fee structure for 2026 he told me an amount . He then proceeded to charge me over that amount and when addressed multiple times - did nothing .. non professional and non communicative .. sad that after 28 years we have to find representation elsewhere.
