Michael Moody is an outstanding personal trainer, I cannot recommend him enough! I had foot surgery and he created a program for me to train safely and effectively while in a boot. He is very attentive to my form and gives excellent spot-corrections to prevent injury. I've worked with other trainers who have pushed me so hard I could barely walk for days. I was recommended to Michael by a friend and I must say I've been thanking that friend profusely. Working with Michael was an all around positive experience. Not only was my body and diet changed, my entire outlook on life was changed. I always left our sessions feeling happy and positive. I did an 8 week program and lost 4% of my body fat in just eight weeks! I was beyond impressed and am looking back to do some more "tuning-up" in the future. I found Michael through an old friend and I cannot say a single bad thing about him! I am a 33 year old female and a current client of Michael's. I started training with Michael in September 2009 and lost a total of 10 pounds prior to my pregnancy. Michael taught me that weight loss is largely dependent on healthy eating and the other portion is based on exercise. I had a very difficuly time losing weight but with Michael's support and education on nutrition, I was able to reach my goal and went back to the size I was in college. I now have a six month old baby boy and I have gone back to Michael to get me back in shape. As a working mom my time with Michael is extremely useful and the work out routines we perform are exercises you would never do yourself at the gym. Michael is not only good at training but he also helps me identify potential causes of my aching joints and muscles and clearly has good knowledge of physiology and how the human body may be affected by daily life routines.
