It only took Vinh and Blaze 45 minutes to fix a painful issue I've been dealing with since a bad car accident. I swear to God, my brain exploded. My right hip flexor was actually fixed. FIXED!!! I don't know or understand what Alakazam-Hocus Pocus-Expecto Patronum wizardry they performed, but I walked out in complete disbelief. What impressed me the most was how incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive Vinh and his team were. They listened, they explained what was going on, and then hit the reset button on me. I'm literally still in shock as I write this review. LOL. Vinh and Blaze are miracle workers disguised as physical therapists, and I can't recommend them enough.

Instead of actively supervising or correcting my form, she spent her time typing on her laptop while I was left to complete exercises on my own. She would bother to look only when I'd ask for guidance. I expected much more hands-on guidance and individualized care. Literally she was typing the entire time, throughout each session, that's why I didn't bother going to my last session. The front desk staff were also rude and unhelpful. The entrance to the building is difficult to access. On one occasion, I struggled several times to open the front door while the receptionist watched me from inside and didn't even bother to get up and help. Both of them were just watching me. If you have an evening appointment, there's no one available to let you in, which can leave you standing outside and potentially make you late for your appointment. It was incredibly frustrating and made me feel like patients weren't a priority. I also asked for printed copies of my home exercises, but I was told their printer wasn't working, so I left without them. To make matters worse, they charged me a $150 cancellation fee even after I explained that I had a legitimate work emergency. There was no flexibility or understanding. I was referred here through Kaiser, so I didn't have especially high expectations, but I certainly didn't expect such a disappointing experience. After several sessions, I haven't experienced any meaningful improvement, and the overall level of care and customer service fell well below what I expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic. You're much better off typing your symptoms in ChatGPT and using the AI recommended exercises. No waste of time or money.

I was feeling desperate for knowledge and information, and some trepidation after a bad experience with admins at my previous physical therapy clinic in January 2023 that abruptly halted the therapy that was doing me so much good after fracturing my pelvis last year. Previous to that injury, I had been living with chronic low back pain and a neck issue, osteoarthritis, osteopenia, scoliosis, spondylitis, sciatica. A recent blood workup revealed conditions of pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. Ever since October 2022 I've also been suffering with increasing weakness in my right arm, finger tremors. The last PT facility had nobody qualified to help. I arrived with a thick folder full of MRI results, PT Notes, X-rays, etc. Anthony let me know right away that although he could temporarily consult with me for the 1 hour required by my Medicare insurance, Brentview only gives half hour treatments which would not have been long enough to treat a patient such as myself with co-morbidities. Instead of just sending me on my way, he spent the hour genuinely trying to help. He watched me walk and noted that my right foot was dragging in addition to the stiffness of my right arm. Based on these observations, and taking into account my age and history, he suggested that I consult with a neurologist. I have had a lot of trouble finding knowledgeable doctors who care. Hearing my complaints about these past bozos, Anthony gave me an overview of how diagnosis works. He urged me to have patience and let the process unfurl. He also researched Physical Therapy clinics near me that might take my insurance, gave me a handwritten list, and told me to email him to let him know how I am doing. Afterward, I was able to get an appointment with a top neurologist the next day (thanks to a cancellation) and he agreed that the symptoms could be neurological. He's lined up tests so I won't know more for a couple weeks. When I emailed Anthony to thank him, he responded with genuine gratitude. I feel very grateful that he pointed me in the right direction!

My mom, who is recovering from surgery and has difficulty walking, made a huge effort to get to her first PT appointment. After checking her in -- which they did by having her call out her name across the reception area instead of handling it privately and professionally -- we were told they could not see her because they "don't do post-op" cases. This information should have been communicated upfront, before we went through the difficulty of getting her there. Instead, our time and energy were completely wasted. The lack of communication, the unprofessional check-in process, and the overall disregard for my mom's condition made this a truly unacceptable experience. We left frustrated, exhausted, and still without the care she needs. I hope they improve their communication and basic professionalism so other patients don't go through what we did. The way physical therapy coordinator is only a chiropractor which is also very misleading. They were also 30 minutes behind on our appt, which was at 12:30 and they didn't see us until 1pm. The reception staff was discussing their bosses texts to them and complaining as well while we were waiting to be seen.

Since the surgery, I started back up getting my Physical Therapy and What A Great Place It Was! I got a lot of exercises to do which involved Strengthening and Stretching in order to get my Left Knee Back To Normal which I am still in the process of achieving. I was going here like three (3) times per week which was Very Necessary and I Loved All Of The Attention that I Got because it was Very Necessary. I worked with Various Practitioners such as Ezequiel who is Super Strong and He Really Dug Into My Knee Area which I really appreciated. Doctor Ian, In Fact Runs The Place, along with his Business Partner and sadly, I Never Got To Work with Doctor Ian, but I saw him there all the time and he knows how well I have Progressed from attending his facility!
