After the closing, "Sayer Regan & Thayer" ignored my pleas for help when the wire transfer did not go through properly. My attorney refused to help solve the problem or to put me in touch with someone who could help. He behaved as though I was inconveniencing him with my request for assistance stating that "we have done everything possible on our end". This was hugely disappointing and I had to keep looping in more attorneys from the firm into an email thread, begging for help until one of them took pity on me and responded. Then, "Sayer Regan & Thayer" defended the process they were following for the wire transfer in spite of the fact they broke the rules of the receiving bank; which had to break protocol and accept the deposit; otherwise, I would have been out of luck.
