I arrived about 10 minutes late for my appointment but the ladies up front quickly checked me in without any issue. I was given some forms to complete as we were first time patients. My daughter and I didn't wait long before we were called back to begin our eye exams. The process was very simple, the assistant did a typical vision test with letters and a couple other tests on a machine. We were then placed into a room where we met Dr. Troung. He completed the rest of our vision exam and explained everything he was doing. I loved that he repeatedly asked if I had any questions. He was sincerely interested in making sure I was informed. My daughter is 8 and this was her first exam. Dr. Troung was great with her, his approach was incredibly gentle. I will absolutely be bringing the rest of my family here. Thank you!

Today, I snagged an appointment with Dr. Todd who was patient, kind, and seemed very thorough with his exam to make sure my prescription was perfect before AND after my contact fitting he double checked. I was helped by Nick to choose glasses frames, order contacts, etc. He told me about a special package for a great price on select glasses (and it's a BIG selection) so that I didn't pay a ton of money on glasses that I don't wear all that much anyway. He was so helpful and cool. He called JOYCE over to help me choose the right pair for me and having her there was like having my sister there to help with my indecisiveness lol. That price was $200 less than the BOGO. I did not like their business practice and did not get them. First off all you knew you could have given me a cheaper price and did not.
