I am a veteran who took my prescription there to get a glasses. When I picked up my glasses and checked them , I could not see, my vision was completely blurry. The technician said sorry there is nothing we can do to help. I paid over $400 out of pocket for these glasses. Now I lost $ 400 and I don't work . You would think a business would care a little more about a veteran who is not working and needs help. It is possible the VA may have made a mistake on the prescription but a little bit of explanation and assistance would have been appreciated. I highly recommend not going to this optomotrist. I had the worst customer experience I have ever had. I was running behind, and I called your office to inform them that I would be 8 minutes late. They assured me it would be fine. However, upon arrival, the staff were rude and condescending, refused to see me and still charged me a no-show fee. When I mentioned that I had called, the receptionist raised her voice and insisted that the fee would still apply, even though I had informed them of my delay. She also stated that she would need to check if the doctor could still see me. When I requested to speak with a manager, she declined. This individual has been rude and condescending to me in the past. unrelated to any tardiness on my part. She is also not the only one with an attitude. My husband has a similar experience and refuses to return to your office. Despite giving your practice multiple chances, hoping for improvement, it seems this behavior is how your staff are trained to treat customers. Clearly you do not value your practice, and I too will not be returning. read more

My husband works for a very large international company and I will make sure that I let all their employees know not to come here. I will make sure too take their name off our provider list . I was four minutes late to my 10 minute early arrival time. I explained that my GPS routed me to get off the wrong Ann Rd. I drove from Sunset and 215 they could even do the courtesy for four minutes late. My schedule appointment was for 4:20 pm. As a buys mom with 3 kids in 3 different grade levels (6, 11, 17) I have nothing but good things to say about this offer especially when it comes to shopping for kids teens and kids who are differently abled. My son is color and shape specific when choosing glasses, my oldest who is on the spectrum don't do change as well and specifically only like a specific frame that no one ever seem to carry. I have in the past purchased off the internet ahead but without screws i waste my money bc they cant be used. This office optometrist's went out of their way to track down and order the specific frame to the T for both kids. They take both kids different insurance plans, where professional friendly kind courteous re shaped my daughter frames from off her face. If this is how the front end of sales is, i can only imagine that their what their doctors are like! We we found an eye dr home and we will be back! I'm sure if you have simple eyeware issues, you will be okay. If you do not, please be advised it took me 2 different locations (Centennial Hills AND Boca Park) 4 months, start to finish and 4 different lenses to finally end up with a new pair of merely okay glasses. Spent A LOT of money, plus insurance to get them and one year's worth of contacts. Was actually treated pretty rudely on my last visit by Denise (BP) who felt the need to tell me this was my "last redo" in a tone VERY reminiscent of my mother scolding me... 1st pair of lenses-cut the "buffed bifocal" area too low and the lens lost all but a small sliver of bifocal. (NOT my fault) 2nd pair- sent WITHOUT bifocal even added...(NOT my fault) 3rd pair-buffed bifocal sat too high and the "transition area" sat right in the middle of my eye and blocked normal vision...(NOT my fault) 4th pair- Far sighted is blurry, arms length is PERFECT for distance, but in a very small area of trifocal, reading is fine...I just took them... I would recommend the Optometrist (OD) services here. Getting glasses from this location is another matter. The Optometrist and his assistant were professional, proficient, and personable. When selecting glasses, I had ordered titanium in a brown color. After a wait of three weeks, I called and they said they would be in 'today.' I received a call the next day that they were ready and went in to pick up. The glasses were silver color instead of brown. I took them anyway since I needed glasses. I ordered similar backup glasses online and they arrived in under a week. Take your prescription and order online - quicker and for about 1/2 the cost too! read more

Disgusted by the way I was treated after buying two pair of glasses for my daughter. When I'm spending almost $800 I'm obviously going to question all the charges. Their had been a miss understanding and I wanted them to go over exactly what I was been charged. Apparently that's a crime because one of the rude employees came over and stated rolling her eyes and talking to me with an attitude like I was being ridiculous for wanting to know what I'm paying for. I genuinely wished I never stepped foot on this location had I known the way this would end. After I payed and we got our glasses the rude employee just walks away without even saying thank you or the warranty on the glasses. Just left like the rude person she is. No type of manners... I walked in and immediately smell the room deodorizer. I'm allergic! My problem not theirs. Second girl that does some machines on my eyes asks if I want to some extras that I had already answered no on paperwork, she still insisted on another "no". Next room I tell her I'm allergic to the room deodorizer and she turns it off but leaves me in the room with door closed. Doctor (I think) comes in! At this point I now have a migraine. I let her know I just need to get out asap. She continuously keeps asking what's wrong, do I want to switch rooms, do I want to reschedule... I tell her numerous times to just do the exam so I can leave! She says take your glasses off and puts the machine in front of my face, again asking what's wrong!? I just got here! I'm mean to everyone she says! I wasn't mean to anyone at this point! I got up and left because obviously no doesn't mean no in this place and the maybe doctor was trying to poke at me when I was visibly sick! No professionalism at all!!! Worst customer care ever! So many problems with the labs this business uses. I have never had my glasses messed up so many times. People at this store were friendly, but I came there for a service that they could never provide correctly. I came there in December, and after my order was sent back to the lab for corrections 5 times I just had to call it quits in March.
