I came here on Nov 30 2016. My hair was done by Tara McTaggert. It was a horrible experience. Not only was she rude but also very unprofessional. For someone to claim they have over 20+ years experience she did a horrible job. I couldn't tell what my hair look liked on the day she did my hair because with all the products they use on your hair it seemed ok. The top looked fine. I asked for my whole hair to be dyed with blonde hightlights like I've had before. She gave me every excuse in the book why she couldn't do it or the reason why she recommended not doing it. I believed her so I let her do it. I should have walked out like my instincts told me to. And to add insult to injury she charged me $150 to damage my hair!!!!!!! I will never step foot in that place again. I left a message on their website and my complaint was handled in a less than satisfying manner! The Mgmt there just didn't care! I guess people just don't care about their customers anymore! However on the bright side I am so happy I found a better place. Everything that Tara told me that couldn't be done to my hair was done by Rumour Salon in Hemet. The service I received exceeded my expectations! I'm in love with my hair and my new hair stylists! Tara ever heard of Karma, well it's coming your way! Save your money people and do not let Tara do your hair. Have someone else do it or go to a different salon altogether like Rumours, they rock!!
