Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my perception of the practice. After receiving lip filler in March, I instantly developed a bubble in my lip that did not resolve on its own. I returned to have it dissolved, then had to come back again for the filler to be redone. After allowing appropriate healing time, one side of my lip was noticeably larger/different in shape, so I returned again to have it corrected. At my fourth appointment, I was told the best option was to dissolve all of the filler and start over. Throughout this entire process, I was patient, understanding, and followed their recommendations. I never demanded a refund or became upset with the staff. After four appointments and the last round of dissolving leaving me swollen and bruised for nearly a week, I simply decided I did not want to go through the process again. I asked if the amount I had paid for filler could be credited toward future Botox instead. I was told that was no problem and that a credit would be placed on my account. Months later, I called to schedule my Botox and specifically confirmed that the credit was on my account. I was told the notes were there and that it would be taken care of. Then, on the day of my appointment, I received a text telling me my appointment was cancelled and that they felt I should seek treatment elsewhere because my expectations were not aligned with their practice. That part was incredibly disappointing. At no point was I told that my expectations were unrealistic or that what I wanted was not achievable. I was simply trying to correct the results of a treatment that had not gone as planned and I was the one who repeatedly returned for dissolving and adjustments. I appreciate that they ultimately decided to refund the filler, but that was never what I was asking for. I wanted to continue being a client and use the money toward Botox, as I had been told I could. Instead, I was essentially dismissed as a client after years of loyalty. The filler result itself was disappointing, but what upsets me most is how this situation was handled. I believe there was an opportunity to make a longtime client feel heard and valued and unfortunately that is not how I left this experience feeling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I chose a different one for my allergy follow up, and was given Dr. Jeffrey Davis. I can only guess he's what "complainers" get for complaining. AWFUL. Awwwwwwwful. He DID the scope so that's something. But he was a condescending, snarky, repellent jerk, with a laughably bad bedside manner, who completely invalidated me as a patient. I just came home from a follow-up visit with him, (Oh yeah, got him twice) and it was just as bad. Actually, no, it was worse. I left angry. It took everything I had not to tell him off. I highly advise anyone looking for an ENT to check out somewhere else.

If you get irritated by a patient asking questions to try and understand whats going on, maybe it time for a new job. I also have a My Chart portal for Providence Health for my Podiatrist and i've been unable to ever log into the iteration of this portal used by The Oregon Clinic. So I went to their facility today to try and straighten it out as I had a procedure scheduled in October. My issue was very straightforward and could have been handled in a short phone call with a human being but trying to request a simple change in medication has led to me wasting my time four times over three days and was still uinresolved. At their facility I was told that they had left me a voice mail yesterday but I show nothing. No record of an inbound call. Later in the day I received an email from My Chart telling me of a message but I was again unable to open My Chart and when I went through the process of seeking help it directed me to Providence Health. I've had enough of my time wasted.....I cancelled the procedure. It seems every medical specialty has its own portal that I must spend time setting up and praying that it works. I, for one, am sick and tired of wasting my time trying to communicate in this hands-off, distant manner.
