She patiently listened to his symptoms and told me she was not able to see him personally that day but she would contact one of her associates contact me immediately as she could sense my worry.. (Plus I wasn't sure how much urgent care could really diagnose the issue) I didn't see MIchele for his visit but her associate was equally warm and quickly gave me a diagnosis and plan of attack.. The front desk off the bat asks you to pay because they require it if you haven't met deductible WITHOUT even checking if you have or haven't. If you have any concerns beyond the most basic you should find an office that is not a mill. If your concern is pretty basic, say eczema or something like that, your GP would probably spend more time than this place and you'd get better care. Maybe they are more focused on cosmetic things? The technician was friendly, let me know exactly what was happening and what to expect. She was kind and compassionate. I arrived 15 minutes early so they took me right back. Got me hooked up to the IV, the procedure was less than 10 minutes, then I was on my way. Plenty of parking right in their private lot. Easy access off I-84. I'd use this facility again.
