I have been going to Dr. Jaeger for about 20 years now, ever since I was a child. I have never, ever been disappointed with any of my experiences with Dr. Jeager. To start, Dina at the front desk is awesome. She has been there for as long as I can remember and she knows her stuff. Throughout the years I have changed insurance probably 5 different times and Dina always handles all of the paperwork/billing flawlessly. She is prompt about calling to confirm your appointment and is just about the darn nicest person you'll ever meet. My hygienist that performs my teeth cleanings is Jennifer and she is awesome. She is thorough, talkative, and friendly and doesn't rush through the cleaning but also doesn't draw the whole thing out. She makes the whole experience easy and entertaining. I have also had Pam as my hygienist before and she is equally as great as Jennifer. Dr. Jaeger is perhaps the most honest, no-nonsense person that I have ever met - dentist or not. He does not coddle you or make mindless conversation. He gets right to the point and does not waste any unnecessary time. He is a wonderful dentist that knows exactly what he is doing. His goal is to make your teeth the best they can be with as little pain, time, and money as possible. If you're on the lookout for a new dentist, give Dr. Jaeger a call. Dr. Jaeger is the best dentist I have ever been to. The office is welcoming and the staff is friendly. What I like most about Dr. Jaeger is that he is so ethical. If you do not need to have a tooth filled or pulled, he will tell you that and not do it. Doing it will produce more profit for him but he will do what is best for the patient not his wallet. I moved to Roseville and needed a new dentist, so I asked my coworkers and they recommended Dr. Jaeger. I called and got an appointment with no hassle, and they looked up all my insurance info so I didn't have to. What I love about this place is that I'm in and out so quick. This place doesn't look for extra stuff to do just so they can run up your insurance, they just want to take care of your teeth and let you get back to your life. The receptionist Dina (I think that's how you spell it!) is really nice and helpful and so are the dental hygienists. Dr. Jaeger is really nice too and really knows his stuff. They are always on time and very efficient. I always feel like my mouth is so clean after they are done, and they do this cool fluoride foam treatment too which I LOVE! I've never had a cavity and I'm scared to death of having one so I always ask tons of questions and ask for tips and the hygienists are really knowledgeable. I had gum re-contouring done here and it was easy, painless and the results are great. At first I was scared to do it because the idea of a scalpel that close to my mouth freaked me out. At my routine check up I asked Dr. Jaeger about it and he said that it was an easy procedure with an easy recovery. Dina sent all the paperwork to my insurance to get pre-approved, after we got that back I was booked within a week to have it done. It was so easy!!! Even after moving out of the area, I stayed with him and drove an hour for my appointments because of the excellent care. I started going to Dr. Jaeger a few years ago. He had a nice new office near my house and I was ready to a new dentist. At my first appointment I asked him what his business priorities were and he responded something to the effect of "great care for a good value". I was floored that he had just built a very nice office in an upscale community and his focus was on value. It turns out, his old office was displaced by the new medical center so he had money to relocate. In addition to great care by Dr. Jaeger, I also like his hygienists. I particularly like I see the same people there at every visit. It is something to be said when you have very consistent staff. I highly recommend him. As an added bonus for me, up until this year he was "out of network" for my plan, but I didn't mind paying the slight premium to see him. My company just changed plans and now he is 'in network" Yeah! read more

This place is amazing! After moving to Northern California, I needed a new dentist. This place came highly recommended by a friend, and I have to say I couldn't be happier! The hygienist who has cleaned my teeth, Pam, is the best. She is thorough and gentle! Dr. Jaeger has done some work on my teeth and he is quick, efficient, and most of all painless! My sister has a huge fear of the dentist and after a year I convinced her to go, she had to have wisdom teeth removed and was very very happy with her experience too! Went for my first time the other day from a personal reference. Was told by a previous dentist I needed an insane amount of work done, Dr. Jaeger was truthful and said I only had one cavity and the other dentist was wrong. The cleaning went really well, the most gentle one I've ever had. They're a family dentist for another family and now they'll be a family dentist for us. Trustful, great friendly employees. Dr. Jaeger is a remarkably skilled dentist that is extremely good at resolving tough dental problems. He's smart, able to work swiftly and keeps you informed of how it's going. I was surprised that he has equipment to fabricate a crown onsite, so that's a super convenient plus. No return visit to have that fitted. Dr. Jaeger and staff need to be more careful. They are always hitting teeth with instruments. This not only happened to me, but family complained also. Nice looking crowns, but the work done before did not stop pain. Complained and saw expert to fix and Dr. Jaeger did not accommodate billing to fix problem. read more
