Last year, I went to this Michaelis Mattress to test out the Nectar Mattress they have in their…read moreshowroom....I was fully intending on buying it online if it was good. I ended up buying it from Michaelis. Rick Skeels showed me the Nectar Mattress and gave me a run down on all the features. He was awesomely helpful and answered every question I had in great detail. He also didn't try and sell me on something else I wasn't interested in. I loved the bed! Rick explained that they would honor the same discounts that Nectar had online. They also provided the pick up of the old one and setup for the new one for a fraction of the price Nectar would have charged for it. They scheduled a time to set it up and when they came by they were in and out in under 30 minutes. Note: I got the Nectar after reading reviews about people with bad backs and not being able to sleep throughout the night...which was what I HAD. Now, when I sleep I'm knocked out - if you do get one, give it like 2 hours of not sitting on it or touching it to make sure it properly rises. The pillows came with the Nectar Mattress as well!

We contacted the store and there seemed to zero sense of urgency in fixing the issue. We were told they couldn't rescheduled the delivery for another 5 days. My husband and I ended up having to rent a uhaul and pick our order up ourselves. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from the delivery and stores end. One would imagine affected orders would be moved to the following day and be made a priority but that is not the case.

I purchased a mattress set at Carolina mattress. The springs started to fail within 6 months. When I replaced the mattress it had a canoe shape. Beware of poor quality.
