I found the receipt to verify I was correct and owners lied about location not existing. I had moved to columbia at the beginning of fall session at usc. I purchased a mattress set at Carolina mattress. The springs started to fail within 6 months. When I replaced the mattress it had a canoe shape. Beware of poor quality.

The team was super easy to work with very accommodating and sensitive to my tight time line and delivered against all odds on the mattress I wanted! The link didn't work correctly, so I called in to the store, and got transferred a few times before I got the correct person to pay. Once the lady go t online she went on and on about how I can pay online.....again the link doesn't work. Transferred again to a older lady who took the payment. SMH. Im trying to give you money and you are making this stressful. She never said Sorry or Thank U for your patience. The Pick UP, which was a different person... I picked up chair yesterday, went into the store and was told to go around back to pick up, what the rude guy didn't tell me was which door to pull my truck up to, I backed into their receiving door, he yelled you aren't supposed to be in this area.....really?? Maybe next time communication needs to be clear, and your staff needs some training on how to talk customers who spend money in your store. Allan is a great sales person, professional the whole time. This is automatic actually a very reasonable price for a lift chair. They generally run about $3000. Sales person, Eric, was very helpful and I also purchased an extended warranty. They delivered a week later and all their staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase from them again.

This type of store support is not acceptable. The sales person was very uncooperative and did very little to help us have a bed for Christmas Eve. We now know where the Grinch hides out! Needless to say, the uncooperative Sleep Number crew has put a crimp in our holidays. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this store until new, caring people are brought in who understand what customer service is all about. We have called customer service and have been told January 6th is the soonest they can help us.
