They have a restaurant attached to them and even have a bar where they build their sushi rolls where they make the boba. I would recommend ordering inside as opposed to the drive thru because the boba shop is attached to the restaurant, a worker from the restaurant greets you but then has to switch you to the worker at the boba shop. It's made ordering at the drive thru a little confusing on both ends. Also, our last visit to their drive thru, the man told us to order when we are ready which we said we were right away. After my husband placed our order, it was just silent. Even after a few "hello?"s and "did you get that?" So we just left the drive thru and ordered inside which went smoothly. The store is bare bones and seems efficiently made for making fresh brews and pumping out via the drive through. Of course, I was there when they opened to get my java and the crew was super friendly and helpful although I went with the simple but beautiful Americano. Great paper cups that I love so much which I swear enhances the flavor. Went back a few consecutive mornings to start my day. Didn't try much else, just needed that jet fuel. Excellent place, very fresh and coffee served piping hot. Special mention to the girls working there, super friendly and customer focused.

I come here often so its always a hit or miss. There's been times when there's only one or no other customers in the shop, and service is slow, but most of the time experience has been great. The shop is not too big, but they do have plenty of seating. I like the ambience outside better and there are also a lot of shops around to walk around. I always get their smoothies and they have a lot of varieties. Some non dairy and no caffeine. I've been to other boba shops (not in utah) that have better boba, but I come here for great service PS: not many stores do it anymore, but this boba shop still have stamp cards!! Its lowkey one of the reasons I keep coming back because it feels so satisfying getting another stamp lol (but will also get you a free drink after your 9th order)
