Unfortunately, the experience went downhill the moment I walked in. One employee immediately gave me a harsh look and stared at me from across the room. I didn't even realize he worked there at first, so I tried to move out of his line of sight. Another employee eventually approached me, and I explained that it was my first visit and I wanted to look around before asking questions. He was friendly and helpful -- I honestly wish he had been the one assisting me the whole time. Instead, the first employee eventually came over and asked if I needed anything, but his tone and body language made me feel unwelcome, as if he wanted me to leave rather than browse. It took the excitement out of what should have been a fun first visit. Bottom line: the store itself was great, but the attitude from that particular employee made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

That said, I can't deny the variety they offer. Of course they raised the price 10% after waiting 25 hours to post it on the site. And of course they can't price match it because it's not within 24 hours. (The fact that they took more than 24 hours to post it on their site doesn't matter) My account rep said they'd price match a price within the last 24 hours. They take 25-26 hours to post another item in stock to get around that price matching. Very sketchy and slimy sales team. Reflects poorly on the owners and the company as a whole. I gave them 2 stars simply because the shipping has been quick.

The parking lot is large and easy, and the front entrance is accessible with no stairs. Restrooms are gender-neutral. Go past the oil change place and you'll see the large blue building. This store is well worth seeking out.

Items for sale were all reasonably priced and there were around 160 vendors. It took awhile to decide what I wanted/needed to buy. Finally bought 3 stained glass flowers ($5 ea) to put in my planters and a pretty necklace ($18). I wanted another necklace but it had no price and there was no answer from the artist after the cashier tried to get a hold of them which is a shame because they lost a sale).
