I recently went through a very stressful situation where my EV6 ended up non-drivable due to a warranty-related issue. I was effectively stranded with no way to get to my vehicle or to the loaner that was already set aside for me. It was one of those situations where you feel completely stuck and unsure how you're going to get back to your normal life. The GM and Service Manager stepped in personally, listened to what was happening, and took ownership of the situation. They didn't make excuses, they didn't pass me around, and they didn't leave me waiting endlessly. They got directly involved -- communicating with the right people, coordinating transportation, and making sure I had access to a vehicle again as soon as possible. They handled everything professionally, calmly, and with actual care for what I was dealing with. They kept in contact, followed through on what they said, and made sure things happened same day so I wasn't stuck any longer. Any dealership can do business when things are easy. What really matters is how a dealership responds when something goes wrong -- and this team showed integrity, empathy, and real leadership. GSM called the police over a misunderstanding and dislike of language. Dealership is terrible from sales to service. Yukia the General Sales Manager is the one who called the police after telling me my vehicle would be finished today(2/11). knowing the warranty company was closed on weekends and couldn't pay for repairs until Monday when they open. Charging warranty company over 900$ for a 1 hour replacement of a fuel pump at a service cost of 160$/hr and fuel pump was 200$. Not to mention they sold my cousin a brand new Durango with Bad and expired tires and wouldn't replace them until metal rods were showing. on top of that they lost the lock key for the lug nuts that were on the vehicle when sold! Good luck talking to somebody on the phone, they don't answer nor do they return calls from voicemails left. Also kind of weird they have no loaner vehicles for well over a month( and counting ) however staff all drive dealer issued vehicles they then put back on the lot for sales!

At that time, most mechanics were closing up for the day, and my only alternative was to get a tow to a tire shop and hope they could fit me in before they closed. Dennis came right out even though I was a bit far away from Conklin. Once he was there he had me fixed up with a new tire and ready to go in less than 15 minutes. Not only had we blown a tire, but we were concerned about a second tire on the same side and didn't feel safe towing our camper any farther. To make matters worse, we couldn't easily leave the campground to get help. After calling multiple tire companies and roadside services, we either got no answer, voicemail, or promises of callbacks that never came. Then we called Wilson's On Site Tire. What a difference. He answered the phone immediately, understood exactly what we needed, and was at our campsite in about an hour and a half. He came prepared, inspected the situation, and replaced both tires right there at our site. The price was extremely fair, especially considering the convenience, the urgency of our situation, and the fact that he came directly to us. What impressed us most was his professionalism and reliability. When you're stranded with a camper, every hour feels like a day. He did exactly what he said he would do, showed up when he said he would, and got us back on the road safely with zero drama. If you're in the Binghamton or Conklin area and need mobile tire service, especially if you're towing an RV, camper, trailer, or boat, don't waste time calling around. Call Wilson's first. Reliable, responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He turned what could have been a trip-ending problem into a minor inconvenience, and for that we're incredibly grateful. There was a small issue with a sensor that they took care of quickly and completely. I live about 100 miles away from the dealership so they saved me a trip by setting me up with a repair shop close to home who took care of the problem. I recall reading a generally negative review on another site where the customer complained that the company seemed a little too laid back and its employees seemed to be more interested in watching a soccer match on television than selling cars. For me, that was a plus, not a minus. Unlike visits to other car dealerships where it seems as if the sales rep is always trying to convince me that I am his/her new best friend, Leo and the folks at Priceline are not those phony, cookie cutter car sales reps, but just decent people trying to do a good job for their customers. I think that they realize that they won't make every sale but that if they treat their customers and would-be customers properly, they will come out far ahead in the long run.
