I appreciate the small business, but they need to re-evaluate their policies and work on their communication between the staff and the customer. If anybody asks me where to go to get yarn and needles, I would never recommend this store.

How low can you go, denying that you misrepresented a product in order to refuse a refund, despite pictures that are clearly different! I will never shop there again. In refusing to refund a $17 mistake on their part, they have lost my business forever. I was a very consistent customer for years. But no more.

She kept going to the back so she wasn't present at the front desk and when I did find her, she wasn't really helpful when we were trying to do certain things to the pottery. However, it's more of a do-it-yourself kind of place so I understand. Just wish the staff was more helpful since they're more knowledgeable than I am. There was so many different things to choose from. We ended up getting a cookie jar and making it for My Husband for Father's Day. We also got a Father's Day present for my daughter's father. We were in and out within 30 minutes to an hour. There's so many different pain colors, and options for smaller paint areas such as these little bottles to help with that. I took my kids who were one and a half, seven, 10, 13 and they all had fun I will definitely be back for another project
