The girls in the store are always happy to help. If you don't see what you're looking for in the store, but saw it online, make sure that you ask them because most likely they have it in back. My friend was selected for a birthday color bar party and so I went! I had never been to a Kendra Scott store before, but have interacted with a number of people who have spoken very highly of them. So, I didn't know what to expect and I had never heard of a color bar! The party was from 10-11am and it was pretty cool! They had champagne and snacks for us. I think the sales they gave us were store wide and not solely for the birthday party, but it was still nice. 30% off the whole store, then select tables were 25% off. I also heard that for your birthday you get 50% off one item. I'm sure there are exclusions. ALL the women that worked at this Frontenac location were super friendly and helpful! I think the service is what really took the cake for this experience. They aren't pushy for sales, but more inviting and getting to know a little bit about you on a personal level verses the regular "this is our sales pitch, lemme know if you need help" schpeal. Since not all styles and combinations are displayed, you might miss some options by just browsing the store. Most bracelets, necklaces, and earrings come in a variety of options. Choose silver or gold and then choose your color or gem stone. They're not exactly customizable, but they offer a variety of options from dainty and classic to statement pieces. I came here not knowing that Kendra Scott offers a 50% off discount on one item during one's birthday month. It was as easy as showing the cashier my ID and the discount was applied. I did get on their mailing list, so I am now apprised of the special offers/promotions. When I stopped in this location was pretty crowded but it was still a fun browsing environment. The prices are reasonable, considering these are mainly 'fun' jewelry items and not investment pieces. I walked out with two pairs of earrings that will help upgrade my everyday fall looks. The store was set up really organized and the products were displayed really nicely throughout the store. The staff was really helpful and was able to place an order for anything that may not have been in the store on display at that time. There was plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the store to use and the staff encouraged hand sanitizing before trying anything on. Good selection of products for whatever you are looking for. read more

Poor customer service. Online order didn't include all items but invoice indicated all ordered items were included. Spent lots of time calling and emailing and only got a response after I indicated reporting to credit card company. Then had to bounce back and forth with emails to repeatedly confirm I wanted the item????? Why wouldn't I , as I ordered and paid for it. The kicker was the arrogant attitude that they were doing me a favor by overnighting it and waiving shipping??? When I suggested a gift card to compensate me for my time they said they do t compensate for this type of mistake but offered me a 15% off code, which is laughable as my items, which were ordered on cyber Monday were 20% off anyway!!!! Their product is cute, but cheaply made and overpriced. I've run my course with this fad and am encouraging others to vote with their feet and shop for costume jewelry elsewhere. read more

I came here a little after my birthday to take advantage of their 50% off one item birthday promo. Although I was a few days late, the sales associate on the phone gracefully stated they will still allow me to use my birthday discount. I came in later that day and a different lady assisted me in finding a necklace. She seemed to be in a slightly irritated mood but was definitely putting effort into helping me find something. I worked retail for about 5 years so I have reservations about harshly judging a place/person based on a 5 minute interaction, but in efforts to provide full-disclosure of my experience, there was definitely a sense of some snootiness in the store, which is my ultimate retail pet peeve. The store was also organized in an appealing, but disorienting manner as like things are not displayed together so if I liked a style I had to go around each part of the store to find different color options; they pretty much have every style in every color except for certain exclusive styles from the new collection. This made the experience a little overwhelming and definitely makes you rely on the employees for guidance. Overall, it was a good experience and i love my necklace! Can't beat half off:). read more
