The Container Store and their installer Team, out did themselves on June 27-28, 2024 (installation), with their professional and technical services! I highly recommend their business, expertise, customer service relations, and outstanding professionalism. Throughout the two days installation, the installer's customer service was second to none. They kept me inform of everything they were doing and consulting with me is their recommendations. They make sure they were meeting my request and satisfaction at all times. These two gentlemen are the definition of efficiency, technical expertise, product knowledge, very skillful in their craft, and punctuality. You can tell this adjetives are the hallmarks of their services and who they are as professionals! The Container Store products Elfa Solution systems are top quality, with consistently outstanding manufacture quality, and exceeded they my expectations. I'm was completely impressed with the Design Team professionalism and customer service. The Alpharetta, GA Avalon store has the best ambiance. They created a work space in their store that is very comfortable. For any organizational tool needs, The Container Store is our go-to place. They are the best in town. I really adore this place. Could spend hours and thousands here. Big shout out to Hein in closets/Elfa. She was super sweet and helpful to us when we were adding on to our existing Elfa system. First, let me start to say that I like this store, a bit pricey but fun. We are looking to have our walk-in closet done at container store because they have, well, a closet designer department They show us 3 levels of closets from not that great to fancy, and a price for each display (7 by 8 feet tall.) From $5700 to $8600 which is really high. I am saying that because California Closet made the price of the whole closet (75 sq ft) for $5200. So, I would advise anyone to stay away from Container Store when it comes to installing walking closet read more

Best place for hard to find organization/ storage related products. The staff usually get the amount of help just right; you're greeted and asked if you need help while still being able to shop and explore without feeling pestered. If you need help figuring out the best way to tackle an odd task with specialized requirements, hands down the BEST staff. On two separate occasions I needed help with the organization, safe transport and scent proofing of wildlife research equipment all while floating on a very minimal budget. Both times the staff took the time to help me find the best option for each piece of equipment , looked up warranty information and helped me with finding solutions not for sale by them for a few items where quality wasn't as important. This level of dedication to customer satisfaction is so rare. It is truly a joy to visit this store. read more

It's been 5 years since my first time here and I think I wrote a review back then. Whew, I never knew there were so many containers! But if you think that's all there is, you need to find out for yourself that this store is packed with products you can't imagine that are containers. At first, I resisted going there because of the name but holy cow! It's a store that sells quality products and there is so much of an assortment that they have things you never know you needed. They even sell closets. They have a closet storage product line called elfa, which blows builder grade and ClosetMaid out of the water, and is much more affordable than the big closet companies. There are lots of displays to get a good look. Don't expect Walmart prices. They have a wide assortment of products to meet almost anyone's budget but this store is in the same category as like a Crate and Barrel type retailer. Better quality and materials. Be ready to spend at least 45 minutes on your first visit. They have like a bazillion items and friendly, knowledgeable staff. read more

I've always been a fan of the Container Store, so I was excited when this one opened up at Avalon. I've been here several times since they opened, and have so far encountered courteous & helpful employees every time. I think their stuff is a little pricey, but that is what it is. OMG. I wish Alabama had one of these! But I'll have to settle for when I'm in Alpharetta (which is much closer than Buckhead for me!). I took my husband this weekend to experience the store - any and everything you can imagine to get your life organized. We checked prices with those on Amazon - some were cheaper in online; others more expensive online. Everyone was extremely helpful, and asked if we needed anything. We'll be back for sure! read more

Who isn't a fan of the container store? I can organize every material thing in my life in this store. I remember over 20 years ago when my mom introduced me to The Container Store and it's even more fabulous now. The only bad part was that you had to go to Buckhead or Perimeter. Not anymore!!! It's just up the street and I can go whenever I want...during lunch, after work, on the weekends, during the week, so on and so on. Every room in my house has at least 5 things in it from the Container Store. You'll find baskets, shelves and draw organizers. But, if you want to organize the eggs in your fridge and the gravy packets in your cabinets, they have stuff for that as well. I bought a few items to organize all of my cosmetics and now I'm obsessed with having a picture perfect pantry. So, I'm sure I'll be back to get a few things to get started on that. All of the employees are extremely helpful and polite. Lots of smiling faces and they are chock full of great ideas. I will NEVER shop at Container Store again. This location didn't have everything so I decided to purchase online. So I had a coupon and placed my order. I also placed an Amazon order. After several days, I got an email stating it's gonna be delivered 2-4 week delayed. Meanwhile, Amazon has been placed and delivered. Then days later I get an email saying there was an issue with my bank card and they cancelled my order. What?! I got no email from my bank card saying a charge didn't go through nor when I looked online there would be any reason the charge would not go through. Then today I called and was kept on hold forever. I completely understand that COVID has caused they things to be delayed. However, this back and forth to tell me it's going to be up to 4 weeks and then deciding they are just going to cancel my order. There is no proof there is a reason my AMEX rejected it. It's super suspect but appears they just decided that my order was not worthy of getting the inventory fulfilled. Not giving them another dime! read more

Huge new store, well stocked yet airy and spacious. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We stopped at the end of a very long shopping day and still spent almost an hour looking around. I found all the items on my list plus a few that were just too good to pass up. Check out was fast and helped me receive my email coupons and discounts. read more
