    Deflated balloons didn't even last 10 hours.

    I'm so disgustingly disappointed in the helium they used to fill my balloons. Picked up my balloons at close to 7 PM last night, the manager knew my party would be at 10:00 the next morning. She said to keep them in a cool place. I kept them in the garage overnight where it was 48 to 60 degrees. And I get up this morning, ready to put them on the outside tables for the brunch party and they are deflated. They were touching the ceiling last night. What a waste of $126.00!! I wish I could give them less than a 1.

    COVID-19 phase: They make it really easy in these times. Uni Posca markers are needed for work. They are pretty cool! Markers that work to write on cars or windows. I ordered them and even got 20% off. Let's make it even easier. I scheduled a curbside pick up, paid for it and just waited to receive a confirmation email that the order was ready to go and pick up curbside. I went and parked in their curbside pick up parking stall, called and was asked what the last 4 digits of my order was, said along with what stall I was in (#3) and it was brought to me by a nice masked worker. Great service and great Uni Posca pins! Highly recommended! Really convenient in these times! TY!

    They have an ok supply but their customer service is terrible. One checkout person for 6 customers in line. Ridiculous.

    Store looked like the aftermath of Black Friday. Everything was picked over and not restocked. Gives Michaels a bad name

    The staff are not helpful at all! When things aren't priced correctly they don't honor it. All in all terrible costumer service!

    The shop has great prices, a solid selection of Pokémon and sports cards, and plenty of…read moreaccessories. Unfortunately, my customer service experience left a lot to be desired. When selling ETBs, to get a vibe how they would treat me as i just moved too town and its my closest local shop. I was initially offered around 60% 65% of market value on 151 ect. ect. which was disappointing. During another transaction, I asked about a dollar card and took time to do my own research. The employee assisting me rolled his eyes and made the interaction feel uncomfortable and dismissive. Even commenting "oh your price matching now." I countered with "no im not that was just my research" was saying i gave in for no drama handed over 3$. He then doubles down with change for the card i don't know he felt shame or just system said differently which im sure it did. Customers should never feel disrespected for asking questions or verifying values. As an adult now, I chose not to make a scene, but if that same attitude had been directed toward a child, a young collector, or a female customer, I absolutely would have spoken up even acted accordingly. This is a Pokémon and sports card shop--a place that should encourage collectors of all ages and experience levels. A little patience, kindness, and respect go a long way. The products and prices are ok, but the customer service and overall attitude need improvement. After much consideration will not be returning even tho i was due for 5% and 10% discount ‍ & thats alright never give in too bad business or bad people & never support them.! Please due your diligence.
