We have been dealing with Michael's Jewelers for the entire 48 years of our marriage. We have always found the quality of their products to be top shelf and the personal service to be outstanding and trustworthy. Last week I broke the beautiful strand of pearls that my husband gave me, just when I was planning to take them with me to wear at a wedding. Though I now live in Georgia, there was no question as to who I would trust with repairing my pearls. Michael's is the only jeweler I trust. I called, relating my tale of woe to Nancy Seeman in the Danbury, CT Michael's Jewelers store. She turned herself inside out to make sure that my pearls were properly shipped to the place of repair directly and asked, if possible, to have them back in ten days time to her store. She communicated with me every step of the way to reassure me and had the pearls back in her store, repaired, within two days, ready for me to pick up when I arrive to attend the wedding. Late 2015 I went to Michaels Jewlers to look for an engagement ring for my now fiance Arielle. After going to a number of places we decided to go to Michaels Jewelers. I have to saw from the moment we walked in we felt welcomed. Nancy Grasso greeted us right away and was so kind and knowledgeable in helping us find the ring that worked with us. She was very patient with all our questions as well as we had many as we looked through each of the rings within our budget. A 5 star thank you to the very professional and gracious staff of Michael's who came to my rescue in a time of need. After my ring finger took the impact of a back yard fall and quickly began to swell making my 3 rings impossible to remove, they answered my call with a willingness to help! With precision and care the rings were carefully cut and I was then able to have the broken finger x rayed and cared for. I went in to purchase a bracelet or two as a Christmas gift for my daughter and was greeted by a very pleasant and attractive young woman named Stephanie.
