If you don't like something they will redo it. Interior beautiful with large amethyst rocks and music. They used to hand out carnations but I don't think they do anymore. For my 25th wedding anniversary my husband wanted to get me a special gift. I wanted a ring that was exactly like my wedding band so that I could wear them side-by-side. I thought my wedding band was pretty common and could easily be duplicated, but I was mistaken. After searching extensively and coming up empty, we decided to go to Jewelry Design. It's an amazing place! The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. They took my wedding band () ... first time it was off my hand in almost 25 years and kept it for a week so that they could make a cast of it to create the new ring. My husband and I picked out my engagement ring here, and we always tell people about our great experience. Before we went to the store, my husband had set a budget for the ring and researched diamonds so he could be specific about what he wanted and hopefully get a good deal. When we walked into Jewelry Designs, one of the first things we were asked was what we wanted. My husband launched into a spiel about the clarity and color he wanted, etc., spouting off industry terms. The sales person very nicely told him that he would be wasting his money on some of those characteristics as the diamond he described, while technically better, would not be distinguishable from a less expensive stone with the naked eye. The sales guy (I believe his name was Tim, so I will call him that) then showed us several loose diamonds to illustrate the point. Under the jeweler's lens, we could see some differences in the stone quality, but as he promised, we couldn't distinguish the more from less expensive on our own. Thanks to Tim's advice, we ended up picking out a larger stone than we thought we could afford. We selected a setting separately. Tim was very patient while I tried on setting after setting. I chose a relatively simple six-prong solitaire setting with platinum prongs and a white-gold band. Jewelry Designs had us return about 48 hours later to pick up the finished and sized ring. We were both really impressed with how large the stone looked in the setting relative to how it had looked loose. The ring fit perfectly, and in the five years I have owned it, it has remained beautiful. The rhodium plating on the white gold band has faded somewhat, as is to be expected, but really not bad considering I wear the ring every day. I don't buy a lot of diamond rings (ha!), but based on what I've seen elsewhere, I also think mine was very competitively priced. While it was pretty clear we intended to buy a ring as long as we found what we wanted, I also did not feel at all pressured by Tim to make a quick decision. He was very respectful of our budget and our preferences. I would return to Jewelry Designs in a heartbeat for a significant jewelry purchase. I was amazed by this place the second I walked in the door. Immediately you can look into each designers work station and see each part of the process. I brought two rings here to be resized as it was recently passed down to me. The first ring came out perfect, exactly what I wanted. The other ring was far too big, maybe just an initial sizing error. Anyway, I returned over a week later, explained my situation, and they were happy to help me then and there, free of charge. We ended up getting my wedding band here and it came out just as they said it would. Clean fitting, looking and the exact style we spoke about. I was a little hesitant with the sizing they work me through the process and ended up fitting just right. I would definitely come back to this place to purchase additional jewelry in the future. I had a ring that needed to be fixed, so I went to Jewelry Designs because it always seemed a nice place and it had good reviews on Yelp. I was greeted by Dave, who listened as I explained my situation, and he was more than able to assist me. As Dave looked at my ring, I was offered a flower to bring home to my wife by another associate. I have since gotten my ring back and they did a great job with it. The store is clean, they have a good product selection, and their prices are great. All the customers I spoke with while I was there seemed very happy. SO incredibly pleased with my engagement ring and wedding bands. My fiance and I went here to buy my engagement ring and ended up "designing" one that was similar to one I had seen on line. We gave Courtney a budget and she was able to get us exactly what I wanted. We also had the wedding band created based on one I had seen and it came out so beautifully. To those who read my recent review, I have news. Within a day or so I received a message on my phone from Kurt at Jewelry Designs. I was shocked and a bit anxious. He said he would like to speak with me. It took me a while to work up the courage to call, after all he could be angry about my not satisfied review. Boy was I wrong! Not only did he laugh when I told him I was nervous about calling, because he might be upset about the review, but he was gracious enough to offer to apologize for the mistakes made by his employee 11 years ago! And if that wasn't enough, he was also kind enough to refund me the original amount we paid for my ring, minus the tax. Amazing! So we sheepishly came in and were immediately given 2 lovely carnations. An employee fetched Kurt from his office and he was very warm and friendly. He easily took care of the situation the way it should have been handled years ago. He noted that the employee who worked with us was no longer there, implying that it was due to issues such as ours. He confirmed that the former employee should not have told us that there was nothing they could do to fix my dissatisfaction and that they could definitely have made the ring thinner for me. He was understanding that though they could make it thinner it would still be a lot heavier than gold, and that just doesn't work for me personally. (Hey it's not my fault I have tiny baby hands). He had also informed me on the phone that platinum is easily sized up or down approximately 2 sizes because it can be stretched, unlike gold. So he had them take my husbands ring to be stretched, while he completed the refund. In minutes they had sized my husband's ring perfectly and is now able to wear it again. We are so happy. It doesn't surprise me that they have expanded, as it turns out they truly care about their customers happiness, even after 11 whole years. Like the raw materials they turn into meaningful gifts, they turned a bitter memory into a positive one, and that truly is magical. Again, many thanks to you, Kurt and Jewelry designs. read more

I've had such great experiences at Jewelry Designs! The staff is so friendly and the jewelry is top quality! I went here looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and was able to get one on one service from one of their many great employees. After viewing many different settings and stones and comparing them to what I had in mind, we were able to pick out a few of the ones they had on display and they were able to create a totally brand new design that was unique just for my fiancé-to-be. The construction of the ring was speedy and I was always kept in the loop with regards to how far along they were in the process. Hi out there...I stopped into Jewelry Designs this afternoon (12/28/18) with the intent of purchasing a substancially sized diamond ring. I entered the showroom and was NOT greeted by anybody. My feeling was that all sales reps were busy with other clients, which was fine. I proceeded to view the diamond showcases on my own, thinking that eventually someone would assist, after all there was a gentleman in the glass office directly in front of me and two uninvolved sales reps in the back room. After my being unassisted for approximately 15 minutes, a couple walked in, strolled by and stood off to the side commenting that everyone was busy. 5 - 10 minutes later, my glassed office gentleman entered the showroom, looked at me and proceeded to turn in the opposite direction and ask the couple if he could help them. At that point, I chose to leave the store with the intent of never returning. read more

Extraordinary shopping experience! My husband and I went in today to rework my 14 year old engagement ring and to get him a new wedding ring. My first Ring modification into MARVELISATION! Richard Nyers-and the staff were given several pieces of jewerly from sizing rings to redesigning rings. With each piece time and attention was given to ensure I was happy. One ring in particularl needed Revisions, requiring it to be redone 3 times. At first I thought i was in For trouble but they didn't stop UNTIL THEY GOT IT RIGHT AND I WAS HAPPY.
