I had the distinct pleasure of having Cesar Gomez as my driver for a wedding that I attended in Northampton Massachusetts on September 6, 2024! I've got to tell you that I have never been treated with such kindness and attention to detail as I received from this wonderful young man Cesar Gomez who is a chauffeur for Michael's limousine in Agawam Massachusetts. Cesar transported me to a number of different events during this two-day affair and every single time he was waiting for me exactly on time and delivered me to my destination perfectly! Admittedly, i may be a bit of a difficult customer in that I am very picky about how I am treated by service people as I tend to treat them extremely well, but Cesar Gomez did not disappoint!!! This incredible young man also helped me with my luggage when I departed the venue and was just so completely helpful, and kind, and treated me with such respect that I will never forget him! If you ever need a limousine anywhere in Massachusetts, I cannot recommend Michaels's Limousine of Agawam, highly enough and ask for Cesar Gomez as your driver!!! This company tried to run us off the road while on the highway. They refused to allow us to merge and almost caused a collision. It was as though they were trying to endanger the people in my car, as well as the people they were transporting. I recommend a psychiatric evaluation for whoever was driving their vehicle as they are evidently not of sound mind, and likely should not operate a motor vehicle. read more

Every year I book with Michael's limousine & bus company for my birthday and every year I am happy with my purchase. This year was different. I was sent a quote for the 25 person fleet, as soon as I finished filling out the information to book the bus and sent in the email, I was responded with "we're sorry the 25 person bus is now booked for the evening you requested it" leaving me very confused because why would you send me a quote for the bus when it had already been purchased for the evening I had requested. I then gave them a call to try and talk out the issue and see if they had any other dates available. Jon had answered the phone, and I voiced to him my concern and Jon just kept talking over me and reading me my emails that I had already told him I had pulled up in front of me. Instead of hearing me out and letting me voice my concern he would not let me get a word in or speak, he just kept talking over me. I was beyond frustrated and decided to hang up the phone because it seemed that Jon was not having a good day and didn't care about how I was feeling. The next day I decided to call back to apologize to Jon for hanging up on him the day prior and discuss potential other days to book the bus. Jon than says "what's ur name? Oh Brianna? You're the one who hung up on me the other day?" As I responded with yes and I'm very sorry I was frustrated. He than responds with "no we have nothing available for you" and hangs up the phone on me. I have never been treated so poorly in my life by a place who literally always gets treated well every year I book my birthday with them & I've supported this business for the past 4 years. The way Jon made me feel was beyond disrespected as a customer trying to give their company my business. Thanks for nothing Michaels and congrats on loosing a reliable customer. read more

Michael's saved my wedding. Another shuttle company (King Gray) stranded 100 guests waiting to go from their hotel to our venue and was NOWHERE to be found. In a panic, I called Michael's, our evening shuttle, who offered to send a shuttle that could arrive in a half hour. Complete lifesaver in the clutch! The evening shuttle from Michael's was on time, clean and courteous. Our driver was a nice gent named Daniel who was polite and kind to all our guests. Class A, top shelf people! I was hesitant reserving a "party bus" for my mother's 70th birthday party but WOW! The driver was on time, profession, and courteous. The bus was clean, bottled water in the cooler and festive lighting sealed the deal! My mother and family had a super time...I would highly recommend this company and will definitely call them in the future. (My opinion: the company should market this as a "limo bus", not party bus...I was afraid it was going to smell like a frat house...thankfully, quite the opposite experience! I would do zero stars if I could. Two shuttles scheduled for a wedding. First one left with ten people. Took a crazy way that took double the time it should have. Second one had double the people but they could have fit everyone on one. The second shuttle arrived after the ceremony was over. Couldn't be worse than that. But wait. We frequently have international visitors who attend meetings around Western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut. We just used Michael's Limo for the first time and all went well. They brought 12 people from the airport to the hotel in downtown Springfield, then to meetings in Springfield and Amherst, and onto Boston. The visitors were very pleased with the vehicles and the driver. The company was responsive and helpful. One star is missing because the second item on the list of specifications I submitted for the estimate well in advance was either missed or ignored so there was some scrambling a day or two before the visitors arrived to properly accommodate their luggage resulting in a higher charge. I would simply suggest that you carefully go over the specs on the phone or highlight in some way the parts that are particularly important. We're looking forward to using Michael's again in the future. read more

Have you ever been responsible for setting up transportation for a group of 12 and then NOT had the car show up!? Well I did and I had 2 hours to figure out what I was going to do..... After a 5 minute phone call with Ann Marie I knew she was going to save the day and ME from complete embarrassment. Not only did she get a driver to work extra hours to accommodate our group she apologized for not having the car clean which it was impeccable when it arrived. We rented a small bus to transport about 15 people from our wedding reception to the hotel. The company was available and willing to work with us with very short notice. The driver was very friendly, and even waited up to 45 minutes after our pick-up time in order for us all to get on the bus. He drove slowly on the winding back roads and hit a curb at the hotel, sending some guests into the aisle of the bus. But other than those minor issues, they provided the service we were looking for and we would likely hire them again. read more

I am so glad I chose Michaels Limousine as my limo for my wedding day! The limo itself was extremely nice and well kept. Having a bunch of girls getting ready sometimes can take longer than expected! But the driver was so patient and full of smiles! He constantly was asking if there was anything we needed and when we had trouble with the stereo he pulled over to make sure we had some jams to dance to and have some fun! He was so polite and like I said extremely patient with such a large wedding party! I will start with saying THANK GOD we did not hire them for a wedding. What started out as a great night celebrating my fathers retirement was sadly ruined by Michael's Limousine. We ordered a 14 passenger party bus to go to the casino. The party bus showed up and immediately from inside the house you could smell it. This bus never should have left Michael's lot! While waiting for the other passengers to arrive we asked the driver if he could turn off the engine because the exhaust smell was so bad. He was not able to turn off because he was afraid it wouldn't start back up. The whole ride there stunk because the exhaust was coming in. The party bus ended up breaking down. Instead of sending another one immediately they waited until the end of the night to send one. We waited 2 hours in the lobby for another vehicle and it wasn't even a party bus what we contracted to have that showed up. Numerous calls and emails were ignored and never were we offered a refund of any sort. Shame on you Michael's Limousine (Jon) for your lack of customer service. My family and I will definitely not be recommending you to others. read more
