Very clean and organized craft store. So many items at reasonable prices. My daughter and I wentt there looking for artificial flowers to make spring wreaths and flower crowns. Some were on sale so we got different colors and sizes! We enjoyed browsing and just looking around in case we need something else in the near future! read more

I walked in and was like a deer in headlights. I had an odd ball size frame my wife had bought there years ago. She sent me to find a near match and a coupon she got in the mail. I headed to the back where I saw "Framing" on the wall. Omg...Sooooo many options it was overwhelming. I found Aaron who quickly and expertly measured up my original frame. He took me right over to the oddball sizes and there it was... a near match! $35 for a frame? Damn, no wonder why she sent me, lol ;0P. I got to looking at the 50% off coupon my wife had sent me with and quickly realized it hadn't even started yet! Aaron offered me a 40% off coupon currently running and went to look for one. After no luck finding one, he said he would just ring me up back at the framing register. He explained he was the manager and decided he would honor my 50% off coupon even though it wasn't active yet. If that's not great, 5 star customer service then I don't know what is!!! I have very little experience coming into Michaels (that's wifies thing), but I will seek out this location anytime it presents itself, solely due to the service I experienced. Normally customer service is ok at this store . Today however it wasn't. I was in line, being very patient as the one checkout person was taking a very long time checking someone out (chatting). Finally it was my turn and halfway thru my checkout the employee answers the phone and commences to help the person on the phone and stopped helping me! Never should a phone call take precedent over someone in the store. I was livid. Answer it, put the call on hold but don't stop helping the person checking out. I tried finding a manager but couldn't find one so I decided to deal with it this way. read more

So I love michaels!!! However this location seems to only have a few employees and none of which know what they're talking about...walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice employee asking if we needed any help and I certainly did so I described what I needed and she confidently told me the isle to find it in. I then go to said isle and it was far from what I was looking for so I was confused and went back to the costumer service desk and no one was there, so we politely went to a cashier who was extremely busy if she could page someone to customer service, and then we were RUDELY interrupted by the same lady who "helped" us when we first walked in. She asked us why we couldn't find what we were looking for where she said it was, so then she pages an employee to meet us in the wrong isle she told us in the beginning so we split up I waited in said isle and my friend waited in the isle we thought it would be near. The employee who was to meet us met my friend in the isle we thought it would be near and in the end they didn't even have what we needed anymore so we had to settle for something that may not work...in all we were there for 30mins longer than needed be and it was a terrible experience I don't want to go back!!! read more

This Michaels isn't as big or well stocked as some I've been to but it carries a lot of options and they have a lot of good sales. I've had a bunch of things custom framed here and though it's spendy I have really appreciated the professionalism and caring of the framing staff. They were great with helping me put together several projects and remembered me the next time I came in. The paper craft selection is decent and the flower and jewelry sections are hit or miss depending on what you are looking for. My biggest complaint is just available selections can be small sometimes. I've always had good service here and will happily continue to shop here! read more
