When I tried to explain the situation, she told me she was confused about what I was saying. I patiently broke it down and explained it more clearly, only for her to act even more confused about why I was explaining it to her. Instead of trying to help, she became short, incredibly rude, and pretty much hung up on me at the end of the call. I expected much better quality and service from this company.

I like that it was very spacious walking in between tables of merchandise. As I walked around the store, I found a couple of ladies working in the middle section of the store and if this was a class going on. They did say that it was a quilt class going on. They had plenty of room in between each student. The store had plenty to offer, especially in materials. I have a sewing machine and haven't used it much and very much a beginner. Although I did not purchase anything, I did enjoy looking at the different themed materials they offered. The prices of some of the items I looked at seem to be average.. There is only street parking. The store is located on a very busy street.

There were multiple staff members within close proximity to me, unfortunately I was neither greeted nor asked if I needed assistance. When I was ready to checkout, the line grew fast and many of us waited longer than necessary because there was only one cashier at the register. Eventually, another staff member stepped up right after the original lone employee was ringing me up.
