This Michaels in located in a small mini plaza next to PetSmart. I like the location and the store is easy to locate. This store does not have automatic doors though, which I thought was odd. It would be difficult for people with disabilities or handicapped to enter without help. The shelves are always well stocked and they have good sales if you come at the right time. There are signs everywhere pointing you to what you need. I've always found what I've wanted, just not always for the price I want to pay. There aren't any employees on the floor though. They seem to staff just enough to put on registers, but they are always friendly. read more

After you purchase merchandise from them, they want you to pay for a bag to put it in! Are you kidding me? I will never shop here again.

Went here yesterday to get a memory box for a friend. They ended up being on sale and with my 30% off coupon I got it for $1.30! My only issue was that the boxes were in about 5 or 6 different places throughout the store. That was kind of confusing. It would have been great if they were all in one spot so I could see them all, but oh well. The lady checking me out was very nice. I asked about the cupcake decorating class they were offering and she got me an events calendar. Turns out the class is only $15, so I'll definitely be checking that out! Great sales and friendly sales associates! What else could you ask for? read more

This is an okay location- they are a little small and lacking in some departments that other Michael's stores have, but that doesn't stop me from going! (That's really the only reason I can't give them the full five) Their staff is so helpful and super nice. They are always happy and don't seem miserable, which can make an experience at a store terrible. Their parking lot is a bit weird because of it's location/the shopping center it is in, but I never really have a problem once I get to the appropriate area to park. Stopped in to grab some crafty things. Asked someone where an item was and we were given specifically unspecific directions. As in, where the paint section meets the scrapbooking section. Which shouldn't seem like it's complicated, but it was. After more searching, we were finally able to find the items we were looking for. I had several 40% off coupons, but could only use ONE per visit. I asked if Husband could check out with another coupon and the checkout associate said no. It was strange to me, but it was Christmas Eve and I just let it go. I've used this Michael's for framing before and their frame staff are awesome. read more

A great place to go get art supplies. I always check the weekly ad to find the 40% off any item that isn't on sale already. Which is hard because almost everything is always on sale. This isn't a bad thing at all. The selection of brushes always satisfies my need, the canvas selection is great too. If you can't find the size that you want you can buy the materials to make it yourself. If you have never done anything like that though, it is recommended that you talk to the staff on what to buy and how to do it first. The store is also great if you are looking for a new hobby, or just something to do to pass the time. Scrap booking materials are plentiful, model cars, paints, floral arrangements, beads, frames... they have a large selection of it all. So go ahead and visit this location! Look for the clearance items when the major holidays are over too, you save so much! read more

It's really nothing special. Just regular art stuffs and thangs. They have an assortment of low line oils and acrylics, canvases, drawing paper. I think their main focus leans more toward crafts and seasonal items. If I need something, I'll go here because it's close to Best Buy and Barnes and Noble plus to avoid the Wal-Mart area and it's ripe clientele. read more

I went into Micheals today to purchase some supplies for my kids Sunday school class, I couldn't find what I was looking for so I found an employee to help me. Her name was Rachel and when I asked for her assistance she rolled her eyes and asked in a rude manner "what do you want". As I explained what I needed she seemed to get more annoyed with me. I ended up finally leaving because I couldn't stand with her any longer because of how badly she smelled of weed.
