The crust is airy and focaccia-like, with the perfect balance of crisp and soft. They don't skimp on the bacon either! It's loaded and absolutely delicious. Rissa (the owner) graciously took the time to tell us about the process of hand making their dough, shredded the cheese, and fresh cutting all their vegetables. You can truly taste that each pizza is made with love and attention to detail. The owner is so passionate about her business, and it clearly shows in the care and quality she puts into every pie.
