The store staff was helpful, informed, and they ask good questions about what you are knitting and what you could need. From beginner to advanced, Momo's gives you access to yarn and knitting supplies, and if you go with a friend the experience can be even better. I took my son on Mother's Day weekend and not only did I find what I was looking for, they involved both of us in the process so that we took away from the store more than just yarn, we took from it a great memory. Nothing is better than that, and you can't get that delivered in a box by UPS.

As we walked past, we heard her and the assistant discussing how much they hate this job, people "like us" who order lots of balloons, and how they should have left work sooner. She then proceeded to not clarify what "blow the balloons up individually" meant and did not do as we requested twice. We were getting the balloons for a memorial service and were already upset, I hope that something is done to ensure that this does not happen to costumers in the future.

The second person told me there were four of the item in a local store about 30 minutes from my house. Together, we were able to get the order to go through if I was willing to pick it up at the local store. I drove to the local store where they told me they did not have the order yet and it would take about an hour to receive it. They suggested I go back and find the item on the order and bring it up to the register and they would take care of it that way. I could not find the item, and the manager of the store told me they never had that item. An hour and a half later, the store still didn't have my order, which means they cannot cancel it. In the meantime, there is a hold on my debit card account for the amount of the order. They don't know when it will be taken off. I called customer service again and even a customer service manager who told me that their website is not dependable. It is not kept up-to-date in real time and it often shows items in stock that are not in stock. He didn't know how long it would be before the store received my order. He said it could be three or four hours. It's not really a surprise that Joann is in bankruptcy. They don't have a handle on their inventory, and their customer service is nonexistent. .
