Great store with pretty much everything you would need. Came here to get a picture framed and Dawna was particularly helpful. She told me that custom framing wouldn't have the picture ready by the time we needed it, so she pointed out some other good options. In particular, she also highlighted the buy 1 get 2 sale (!). I actually didn't arrive at the store until about 20 minutes before closing. And in that time I was actually able to browse around a little, find some options, ask some questions, then ask some more questions, do a video call back home to confirm, check out, and still have some time to spare. So overall a very efficient and pleasant experience.

We had know clue on how to create a masterpiece of a Graduation frame. Along came Micheal the Store Manager and he walked us through step by step by choosing and deciding the frame, background, size, boarders. It was awesome He asked questions and made sure that we were satisfied with our decisions. Great Customer Service on his part.

I visited this location on a Thursday evening around 7pm. It wasn't busy that evening. There was one cashier and a few people waiting in mins to make a purchase, including me. There was an Indian customer with a young child who was seeking for help with "foam tap". The cashier kept telling that Indian customer she was having a hard time understanding her despite people in line was translating for the cashier what she wanted help with. Eventually, the Indian customer just said she needed help a couple of times. The cashier then paged another associate to help the Indian customer to locate what she needed. The cashier was very friendly to me but I didn't feel good when I walked out of the store.

Great looking store. Absolutely horrible selection of model paint. Not a single color on my list! None of the colors are organized. Their spray paints are not even for models. Zero model supplies beyond Xacto knives/blades.

Not only is everything very well-priced and affordable, but the staff are more than willing to work with you if you have questions! Their pricing is also super transparent, with notes posted around the shop so it's easy to buy even when on a budget. Not only have they begun to recognize me, but when I came in for the Valko event, they were kind enough to notify me that they had new items to decorate on top of their already huge selection, which made choosing just one project so hard! If you have the time in your session, I'd recommend more than one. The staff here are SUPER kind and welcoming, and truly try their best to make this place a hub for the community (especially for Love and DeepSpace players) and I couldn't recommend them more! Even outside of events, this is a perfect place to learn new crafting skills and just take a moment to be in the moment. TL;DR: This place is amazing! 20/10 recommend for a good crafting space!

While the place is nice and did have merch, there's a lack of affordable options. Everything was so crazy expensive!! Every DIY project was $30 - $55 on the list. It was absurd a small trinket box was over $30. The hair claws, hair clips, and headband, which are in the $20 range are unavailable. Even the stickers had to brought in a set. I couldn't even purchase one sticker!! They really push you to spent as much as money as possible here. I came to have a good time after the character cancellation, but like Infold, I was severely disappointed with them. I wish they could do better at least lol. Even the pens to write down the notes to Valko wasn't working well.

The staff walked me through the tufting process and showed me examples of how to tuft properly and efficiently. I even carried a can of Diet Coke to the session as inspiration for my mini rug. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they helped trim and flatten the rug at the end. I also got to make a picture frame using decoden art - picking out my favorite charms and decorating the frame one by one. As you can tell, I chose food- and toy-themed charms to reflect my hobbies. It's such a great idea for date nights, birthday parties, team-building events, or family activities. Especially if you've never tried it before, it's easy to pick up and a lot of fun!

It took us some time to learn how to use the tufting guns properly and it felt like they were understaffed. It would've been nice to have more guidance throughout the process, like if we had any questions we had to wait a very long time for a staff member to be available to help. The seating for tufting is also very close together and it can get a little cramped. But as I mentioned earlier, we were very happy with our finished rugs. After we finished tufting, it took them about an hour to finish them off and we were able to take them home the same day. We also did decoden, which was fun! I was impressed by the charm collection, but it was very hard to find letter charms since they were all mixed up and scarce. Overall, the crafts turned out great, just disappointed by the service. I understand that it was a weekend evening and it wasn't the staff's fault, they were all very kind and understanding. Just understaffed! With tufting especially, having more staff available to help throughout the process if needed would make this experience much more enjoyable.

The parking situation is great as the parking lot is rarely packed and has large spots for those with bigger vehicles. As you walk up to the storefront, you'll see through the clear glass windows a plethora of colors and patterns with some sample quilts hanging out for display. Step foot through the doors and you'll be sent into a world of fabrics infused with aisles of colors, textures, accessories, and resources to help level up your quilting skills. And within a few minutes, we were greeted by their staff to provide any guidance or assistance navigating their wares. We were only browsing on this occasion but for those in search of quilting accessories, this is a haven with a variety of fabrics for you to choose from in order to piece together the next masterpiece. We spent a good 15 minutes just perusing the store and all the knickknacks that were available. The samples hanging on the walls were inspiring! The prices seemed reasonable and with the raw materials being affordable and accessible for making such beautiful pieces of art is probably a good reason this hobby still exists. I think what stands out is the quality of the fabrics as the texture and feel of them definitely seem more durable and sustainable than what you'd get through an online store. Overall, The Granary Quilt Shop keeps the quilting community thriving with their shelves full of fabrics and quilting accessories. The team members here are seasoned vets in the hobby and are extremely friendly to support your quilt making needs. A specialty shop with a brick and mortar presence is a fading trend but this shop has clearly made its mark, has a good following among its local community members, and continues to bring in new customers with sales and family activities. For being around for nearly a decade, this shop is a beacon for the quilting community!
