Tried to sabotage a deal I had when trying to sell my car. Very unprofessional. Went out of his way to tell the buyer everything HE THOUGHT was wrong with my car. You're there to do one job...tow the vehicle. I will add that this individual also asked and I quote "Which dumpster should your vehicle be dropped off to?" He also reached out to my personal cell threatening legal action against me for sharing my honest review. Instead of reaching out to make amends for his unprofessional behavior, he decided to double down with threats. I do not recommend this business. This review is not false. Even the dealership had to tell me that they didn't take any of his comments seriously. You were (and are) very unprofessional. read more

Just as advertised on Yelp, a response time of 20 minutes. The owner, Michael, messaged me back after I requested a quote from my apartment complex to Pep Boys. Quick responses and was easy to meet on a pick up time the next day. $75 for the tow and a great conversation on the way about a muscle car show happening this weekend. Michael owns his own towing business and works normal hours until 5pm or 6pm so he can be home and spend time with his family. Great experience with his service! Friendly and of course always support the local and small businesses. I'd recommend him to anyone out there who needs a tow and would use his service again if needed. read more

Requested a tow to pickup my vehicle that had a flat tire and to drop it to a local tire shop. Driver arrived within 50 mins after our telephone conversation, as he stated. I appreciate professionals who are prompt, and value & respect their consumer's time. My husband rode in the tow truck and he said that the driver got snappy at him, when he inquired on the price of the service. My car key broke and then I was unable to start my car. I had assumed the two issues were unrelated and called Michael to get the car towed to a local auto shop to figure out the problem. Michael checked out the issue and advised me to tow the car to a dealership instead because he thought the car wouldn't start *because* the key broke. I accepted his advice and he was right! I had a flat and I don't have the right tools to change a tire. My car insurance takes hours to get to you when you call them, not to mention the time on the phone. I called Michael's towing and it took TEN Minutes from phone call to me being on my way. And this is not an exaggeration I called at 11:52 and I was in my car driving away at 12:02. Michael from Michael's Towing turned what could have been a bad day into a day where I really started feeling the holiday spirit for the first time this season. Today I ran out of gas. As I sat on the side of an exit ramp off of 270, with no shoulder, waiting to be rescued, this tow truck pulled up that said Michael's Towing. Michael asked if I needed help and then offered me the rest of the gas he had in his gas can. When I asked him how much it would be he said he only had about a 1/2 a gallon and he would not charge me for it. Unfortunately, it was not enough to get my car started since I was parked on an incline. He said he would wait with me until the person i called arrived with the can of gas. I can't properly express how grateful I am to Michael's Towing. Honest and reliable are to say the least. I was waiting for my roadside assistance tow company for over 2 hours in the cold on the side of 270 (Never use Custom Towing-not reliable and horrible customer service). I was re-assigned another company-Michaels Towing after requesting another company from my roadside service. Amazingly, Michael was there within 5 minutes! :) He was extremely nice and I swear that God was watching out for me! He had me sit in his warm truck and towed my car to the gas station all within 15 minutes. He didn't charge me for the tow and I am extremely grateful for Michaels kindness. Needed a tow to a repair shop. My insurance company was going to send Custom Towing. I put the brakes to that (if you'll pardon the pun) pretty quickly. I had problems with Custom Towing in the past (see my review about that). I asked then to send someone else. They sent Mike from Michael's Towing. After calling around to get quotes for a tow I needed, I reached Mike who was the friendliest and gave me the best quote. I explained my car problems and scheduled him for a pick up. Turns out I needed to postpone the tow---but he was in my neighborhood and stopped by anyway to take a look at the car. He jumped the battery with a jump box and started my car---saving me a tow and some money taking it to a repair shop. If you EVER need a tow please call Mike, and tell your friends.
