Highly highly recommend Boca impact windoors and doors!…read more We replaced all of our courtyard doors with gorgeous hurricane-proof doors and glass as well as our back door and door to the garage. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early, make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you! Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). This was made clear to us - The time frame between installation and inspection was about a month because of the county's backlog All in all, if you want a super professional and reliable quality company that you don't have to chase around for answers or follow-up with friendly and efficient staff, this is the company for you!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Boca Impact Windows & Doors. From start to finish,…read morethey were incredibly professional and respectful of our home. We were nervous about our house turning into a construction zone, but their crew went above and beyond -- they covered and protected all of our furniture, worked efficiently, and kept everything spotless. Joe, our sales guy was knowledgeable and patient. Mike, the supervisor, was fantastic, and every member of the crew clearly took pride in their work. They gave us a two-day timeline but impressively finished everything in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of the windows and doors is outstanding, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship and service we received. Highly recommend Boca Impact Windows & Doors, they truly exceeded expectations. Id also like to add, both our blinds and stucco contractors noted how well the installation by Boca Impact was done.

If I could make this NO stars, I would. We hired Coastline Builders for window installation at our…read morehome in West Palm Beach and it has been a very frustrating experience. The job is still not finished, and we are being pressured to pay about $7,000 more to complete it. They're saying the extra money is to get the installation "up to code"--but installing windows to code is what a contractor is supposed to do as part of the job, not something you spring on the customer after work has already started. There have also been workmanship issues. Some windows appear to have been measured incorrectly, multiple screens do not match the windows, and there are visible gaps in the wood/trim around the window areas. On top of that, different workers show up and each one says the previous person did something wrong, so there's no consistency or accountability. Communication has been extremely difficult--no one on site speaks English well enough to clearly explain what is incomplete, what is being corrected, or why we're being charged more.

I wish they would have stated that you need an appointment to get access to see what they have in there warehouse. Usually A well trusted establishment does conduct business like they have set up their business. I'm not trusting a company that's only available by phone and appointments. I'm especially not leaving a deposit with a company that does have employees on site especially at their own warehouse. buyer beware.

The estimate was the best of three compared to the other very high ones. It took a long time to get the windows, but when they finally came, the install was fast, with a minimum of mess. HOWEVER, When the City Inspector came out, he noticed that one window did NOT have the required "Permit Label". He talked to the company on the phone right then and said he would trust them to get the label to us, and asked me if I trusted them. I said yes, and he approved the job and signed his approval of the permit. Well that was about 3 months ago (Sept 2025) and I am STILL WAITING! Despite several phone calls & emails to them, they only say they are waiting to get it from the manufacturer and will mail it when it comes. I say bull! Let's see some action. Someone has let the ball drop. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO PASS INSPECTION. I will update this review if I ever get the label. UPDATE: It's now late December and NO PERMIT LABEL! I received a call from their office asking me to call Scott. Why? What is there to talk about? Just get & send the damn label. DO IT! When I sell my property this coming year, I do not want to have a problem with a buyer's Home Inspection which will probably fail that window.

First installers did a beautiful job, but as a perfectionist, I didn't like the way two doors looked. They tried and tried and finally said the boss would need to troubleshoot the installation. They were diligent and were not going to leave until they got the beautiful doors installed exactly perfect. As a mechanical designer I insist on perfection. We are so happy, they nailed it. Storm Tite executed this perfectly. The 3 installers came and were extremely courteous. Hats off to Rohan who was the lead installer. Renee, the Installation Manager, was by far the most unprofessional employee I've ever dealt with. Please make sure you read all the reviews on Google and Yelp before choosing this company. I truly wish I had.
